Wrong thread but wasn’t given the chance to reply to a snide comment from seedy. Promoting a discounted (not free) taxi service is totally different from a casino salesman giving ‘free’ giveaways in the hope addicts sign up. Chip has become part of a group of streamers who have this self entitlement that they’re the super heroes of the community with their fan boys barking at any disagreeing comment. The high stakes ‘big’ win videos begging for likes sign up to my offers from my links sales pitch is being found out. It’s a profit business and to make the most profit they need addicts to spunk the lot. They need to keep content coming so the bandit moaning about having to gamble for 36 hours so he can be different and attract more addicts is boo fucking hoo try earing an honest living working 50 hours a week. The charity work is another ‘look how nice I am’ but it’s all paid for by addicts I rinse is another salespitch to gain even more sign ups. Suck the bandits dick all you want seedy but your name sums up this community. Seedy as fuck!

Just like to say I’m not trying to be personal with anyone just hoping to open a few eyes to the streamers not being the heroes some ppl think they are. I think it’s wrong to advertise an addiction to potential addicts and honestly hope the whole gig is shit down some streamers take the advertising and ‘big win look at this’ crap to another level. I’m on gamstop for the next 5 years so I’m lucky to not have to worry about it like that but someone somewhere could get caught. Don’t be fooled by the ‘free’ giveaways and the ‘big’ wins
I don’t completely disagree with you but to be fair to the bandit he offers more help to his followers that most do and had monthly giveaways where you don’t even have to use his affiliate links to win but yes, it’s a business.
I’ve noticed a change in attitude tho. Not with just the bandit but most other streamers. A lot of bitching and moaning about other streamers about YouTube and ppl like me calling them out. There’s a sense of entitlement about them. Like there superheros for charity giveaways and help they give. For every guy he’s helped he’s helped 2 into a online casino. Bandit used to be £2 stakes now he’s doing £40 40k a session. Surely that’s just wrong! I used to be a big fan of them all now I cringe at every video. You don’t have to use them but an addict will more than likely use them and we all know the business he’s in.
If the giveaway was sorely for the purpose of sign ups the prize money wouldn’t of been 6k with 3k to one person. The max on the prize draw is a grand and that’s with betfair which btw you don’t even have to use his link now to enter. The Twitter 3.5k giveaway required nobody to come on the forum. So why did he do it ? Answers on a post card.
It’s called promotion. Most businesses do it! I’m a taxi driver and quite often offer reduced fares in the hope I get return business. Each social media platform brings in new players its smart to do multiple giveaways on different platforms. If I said to a random group of 10 ppl I’ll give 3 of you a fiver for nothing that’s a free giveaway. The bandits doing it to promote his business as would tesco as do maccies with the monopoly and any other business that wants to generate interest. My problem with this format is that it’s got potential to suck a addict in and ruin ppls lives. Like a drug dealer giving a sample. Get them hooked and watch the profits roll in. Ignore the damage it could be doing

A plan ? Put it this way the giveaway brought approximately 5000 new people to the forum. Out of those 5000 because of multiple entries i would estimate the true figure to be no more than 2000. Now how many of those 2000 joined a casino via his link here. Have a guess? I bet at the most 1% that’s 20 people. Will 20 people make him over 6k i highly doubt it.
It’s a calculated risk. You ‘highly doubt’ means you could be wrong. It had every intention of getting new sign ups. And 5000 is a lot I would of guessed it was 100s not 1000s. Youtube have stopped links to casinos so streamers need more sign ups to websites. Hideous said it earlier in the week his videos will have to slow down as a result. It’s clever promotion from the bandit.

Read my earlier post and you’ll see that his highly unlikely. Those 5000 had multiple entries. It’s 5000 accounts but not 5000 people is it.
Again ‘highly unlikely’ isn’t convincing! That was the intended purpose of the ‘free’ giveaways surely you agree with that. Youtube ban links now the giveaway has to be done via the website? That’s just coincidence? That so many ppl made duplicate accounts was an unforseen problem. Doesn’t take away the initial intention!

So, lets say Tesco does a free giveaway for 10,000£. All you need to go is to go to their store and drop a ticket in a pot. IS that free? As thats identical in every way to what you are saying. You go to tesco and may need some milk, doesnt mean you need to buy it.
It’s promotion! Now you know about tesco! Why not just have the ‘free’ giveaway to already signed up or youtube subscribers? It’s specific to the website where his links are and after recent events with YouTube banning links its a clever move from the bandit to get new sign ups to the site rather than YouTube!

I self excluded from all my online accounts before my daughters birthday. You cant say it entices gambling addicts more to sign up just because they’re coming to his site to sign up for a free giveaway. We dont pay bandit a penny. If someone signs up with his link, a percentage of the money goes to bandit and his family rather than some big company. I’m fine with that. You dont pay him a subscription, you dont pay him a fee to upload. I dont expect any reward for being on this forum either before you start spouting your shite everywhere. I’m here to support other gamblers/previous gamblers. It’s what a community does..

Year down the line he’s lost everything. And the bandits taking a percentage of that. Its morally wrong whether he’s a nice guy or not. The ‘free’ giveaway is inderectly hoping to get some extra sign ups which it probably will. Won’t cost the bandit any extra as I’m sure he separates his profit from what he can put back into the ‘buisness’. He’s a salesman for the casino whether he likes or not. The morals are just wrong!

How is that bandits fault? Are you saying that because I have an addiction, it’s the fault of the casino? Dont be daft. It’s my own fault because I’ve got an addictive personality and dont bother getting help for it. Bandit did a giveaway at some point this year where people didnt even go to his website. They had to retweet something. You cant say it’s for that alone when the monthly giveaways at the end of his videos in every upload talk about his links. Don’t mix up good will with affiliation.
All these ‘big win’ videos. High stake sessions are advertising what you could win. If 1 just 1 person falls for it and loses everything I’d feel guilty if I was a streamer. Look at the way fruity Slots or chip bombard you with ‘check our websites for offers’ sign up here for free spins’ they know addicts watch.
