Lots to address in this thread – I’ll try and respond to most examples made…

DOA2 Big Win/Streamers Although it does seem a bit unlikely the amount of huge wins we’ve seen on DOA2 already from well known streamers, I don’t believe any dodgy dealing is happening. They’ve just got lucky, as any of us can get. You have to remember that these guys are slotting almost constantly, sooner or later they’re bound hit big and then share this win with the community. What we often don’t seen are the hundreds or thousands of losing spins leading up to that point.

    Spin a win/Dreamcatcher
Again with this one, I can see how this looks dodgy, but I think @Seedy has explained this one nicely. The same thing has happened on Dreamcatcher before. This is a giant wheel that spins on an axis of some sort, it’s mechanical, at times things are going to go wrong, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that there are controllable brakes that allow the casino to control the outcome how they please. Wheels like these are checked and verified all the time. It’d be so easy for them to be found out as ‘rigged’ by an independent commission if they were.

    Rocknrolla/Roulette
A spinning ball with momentum chucking itself against a counter spinning wheel, with numerous edges and variables in play, can result in some pretty whacky outcomes. Do I believe in this example it was rigged? No. That’s just my opinion, I can’t prove whether it is or not. People love to accuse Roulette as being rigged more than any other game. As long as you stick to the reputable companies, you should be fine. Most of the time, you’re going to lose on it, it’s just the way it’s designed.

    Blackjack/Dodgy dealer
This one is 100% dodgy, no question about it. Betonline have a pretty foul history with this sort of thing. This dealer was investigated and been forced to leave by the business, I believe.

    Jammin’ Jars
Although incredibly unlikely, this sort of thing is possible. Jammin’ Jars has come under flack for their ‘small’ number of different winning visuals. I think the rep in that video explained exactly how this happened, so what’s the problem on this one? That you don’t believe them? If not, why not? This one links in with the original streamer trustworthiness from earlier.

    Random
This has been covered to death. Let’s not get into this one all over again.

    DoA2 Big Win/Streamers
It sure seems odd that so many streamers have had huge hits in a very low number of spins. I actually play more spins per month than many of the streamers do on stream, and I’ve been nowhere near as lucky as them. Of course it could be luck, but I don’t see it.

    Spin a win/Dreamcatcher
This one is 100% rigged. There’s no question about it.

    Rocknrolla/Roulette
Another clearly rigged example, as they take the ball out mid-spin, and replaces it with another ball from her other hand. Until that point he was winning (luck). After that point, he lost every spin. If you think they leave stuff like this to chance, guess again. This is 100% rigged.

    Jammin Jar
Yes, they explained how there are only 1.3 million different outcomes on Jammin Jars. However, 2 streamers getting the same one within a week of each other seems odd. Specially if you take into consideration that another streamer has since had that very same outcome as well.

    Random
There is no such thing as randomness in computer code, and there’s no such thing as true randomness in gambling.
Wherever there’s huge money to be made, you can bet your ass there’s corruption there.
They’ve managed to rig top level football games, as there’s so much money involved in it. So thinking these guys aren’t able to get away with rigging games makes you very naive.

I just made this thread for fun, but when it comes to live games, I have no doubt in my mind there is cheating going on by the providers. The same goes for slots, to be honest. If there’s a true 100% randomness in slots, they couldn’t guarantee the RTP, and could potentially lose money.

Then there are the examples where people have bonuses with a max cashout of 100 euros or 150 euros, and hit wildline in the bonus on Captain Venture and win 12,000 euros, where the casino takes away 11,850 euros from your winnings, which happened to Jesus at Casinodaddy.
Not only is it shit for him, but it’s shit for others who play the game and know that the wildline which has to be programmed to hit once every so many million spins, is taken out of the “pool”. This is how it works with code on slots, so it’s kinda scammy of the casinos to do shit like that.

It’s getting ridiculous with all the proof in front of you, where the casinos scam people, and people go to the defense of the casinos every time.

    Ok, so here’s an update:

I filed a PAB with casinomeister. Simple process if you have an active casinomeister account.
They contacted the casino, who contacted me, asking what I wanted in order to be happy.
I said I’ll take 50% of the blame if they take 50%, meaning they’ll reimburse me half of the cancelled deposit.
Within 12 hours of them contacting me, the money was in my Karjala account. This was very good.
Now here’s the kicker – They cannot cash out to Norwegian banks anymore, so it was all a waste of time.
Next ragethread will be about government control. Fucking hell

Thanks for the reply. I have no current experience or training in working in this field but something i regularly look at while browsing. Even moving for a year and see how or if i like it always got a place to come back too ?

As for the downsides i rarely eat and melt in the sun anyway ??

Just make sure you have some savings when you go. A lot of these companies say they’ll pay your first 2 weeks stay and pay your flights and stuff, but there are usually some conditions to this stuff, including you having to pay it back over time, and if you find out after a month that this isn’t for you, you’ll be stuck down there, as they’ll just keep your wages for flight reimbursement and shit. It’s the same with all CS jobs.
If you have the patience to be the bitch for a year, it might be a good move for you. But you have to count on only being social with the idiots you work with, who all think they’re better than you, and will stab you in the back as soon as a promotion is on the table.
Customer Service is a toxic industry. Not only do you have to deal with complaints all day long while being nice about it, you’re also gonna have to deal with the spoiled dipshits who think their shit dont stink.
Think long and hard about this before you go.

and note to (I think) casumo , when you try to get people to play your latest fantastic slot by giving five shitty free 10p spins it really doesn’t encourage me to pump hundreds in when I get this from the bonus on free spins

    Then you get this shit

Can’t believe how many of you are taking casinos side on this one. This business is getting more shady everyday. Casinos do not respect their clients. You are cattle to them. What other business conducts itself so horribly and shamelessly? Please if you can name me atleast one I’ll be thankful that I learned something new today. This support guy sounds like someone from India in those little scam call center’s they have. Casinos supports are always lying through their teeth, which by the way in most cases with proper businesses is also called fraud or misinformation.

    That’s exactly my thoughts too.

This seems to be a recurring thread and I do sometimes wonder why people actualy gamble online.  However what is even more recurring is tales of people who never win on the slots, finally get a hit and the casino’s make the process of withdrawal difficult to encourage people to carry on gambling.

But to get to the nub, nearly every story ends up with a withdrawal cancellation and the individual losing all his money.  If you are in that position you need to rethink your lifestyle choices.    Because you will never be happy with whatever you win, lack the constraint to wait a week for your money, and will continue to chase no matter what.

Yes the casino’s are by and large assholes, that’s how they make their money.  But people should think hard about their actions.  Did I win Big – Yes,  Do I already want to gamble again with that money – Yes   – You have a gambling problem and need to review your choices.

In all fairness if this is your mindset even if you had managed to make the withdrawal it would probably have been redeposited again, and giving shit to the call centre guy is not going to achieve anything, he is on minimum wage.

You’re not wrong. I have cashed out decent amounts before, but I always keep coming back. It’s something to do. It gives me excitement, and it can fill my days sometimes. But it’s something I do when I’m unemployed. It’s not something I’d do if I made a decent living. I can manage on very little, and the very little I have left after my expenses are paid, I usually spend on gambling, when I probably should be saving. But 2 years of saving for something I can make in a month when I’m working is not really tempting.
Hopefully I’ll be done with the doctors visits soon, so that I’ll be able to work again. When I’m occupied, I don’t gamble.

It’s actually insane. If I had 5% of what you deposit in a session like this, I’d be out in the streets with my car packed with food for the homeless.

Merkur and Edict joined up in 2009. Merkur is the game creator/provider, Edict is the supplier. You can search for Merkur to see the same games as you do under Edict.

Hope that clears it up 🙂
