Hereâs a story from a friend: He went to report on whatâs going on in a country. This was a couple of years ago. He decided he was gonna get a local phone and phone number, cus he was gonna spend some time there. So he went to the shop.
What happened there was he had to talk to 8 people, fill out and sign 3 forms, and it all amounted to 2 hours. To buy a phone. Which takes 5-10 minutes with 1 guy helping you.
The country he visited was venezuela. They had 8 people do the job of 1 person, with tons of extra useless bullshit pushed into it to make people have to do something for their money.
See, socialism fails for a number of reasons. But the key part of noticing socialism is when you notice how long it takes to do simple shit. Thatâs a clear sign youâre heading towards socialism.
Your politicians donât work for you. They think theyâre better than you. They abuse their power to get themselves into more power. And as they make more and more laws, youâre left with less and less to work with when you finally understand itâs time for an uprising, meaning youâre helpless.

Itâs a very well established theory. The âthree tripletsâ, and other such monsters, are the symptoms. The disease is hierarchy⊠a hierarchy which enforces valuing âprofit motives and property rightsâ over all.
An activist who is, say, ârace reductiveâ, might say âIâm just going to struggle against racism, working folk (in general), woman folk (in general) ainât my fightâ. An activist who is, say, âclass reductiveâ, might say âIâm just going to struggle against the employing class, black folk (in general), woman folk (in general) ainât my fightâ. An activist who is, say, âpatriarchy reductiveâ, might say âIâm just going to struggle against the patriarchy structures, black folk (in general), and working folk (in general) ainât my fightâ.
All three of these activists are confusing âtheirâ pet symptom for the disease. None of these strategies can ever succeed in isolation, as the disease remains, and will always re-emerge. The above situation is an obvious recipe for being the victim of a âdivide and ruleâ counter-strategy.
Also, consider this: I fully realize the above âreductiveâ strategies are not what the ârightistâ elements of the MSM mean when they desirably use the term âidentity politicsâ. But⊠isnât this really something that kinda smells the same to you?
To remain at the top of a violent hierarchy, a small minority must work at fostering divisions in the majority below them. Divide and conquer continue extracting profit. If white working folk are being paid more $$$ for the same work as black folk⊠this sets up a dynamic where white working folk can (mistakenly) fear their wages will go down if black working folk gain equality, and black working folk can (not always mistakenly) blame white working folk for supporting the status quo.
Likewise, if male working folk are being paid more $$$ for the same work as woman folk⊠this sets up a dynamic where male working folk can (mistakenly) fear their wages will go down if woman working folk gain equality, and woman working folk can (not always mistakenly) blame male working folk for supporting the status quo. Rinse and repeat for religions, language, regionalism, etc/etc/etc.
What should be noted here, and again highlighting the dysfunction and toxic nature inherent in âclass reductivismâ/etc, is this: itâs the exact same small minority at the top of the same hierarchy. Key takeaway: In a society where different kinds of âprivilegeâ are entrenched, none can be confronted in isolation of the others.
So, maybe in parts of China, both âHan privilegeâ and âmale privilegeâ are entrenched. If that was the case, to deal with either kinda âprivilegeâ, the entire nexus of âHan Patriarchyâ would need to be confronted. In the context of this hypothetical society, confronting âmale privilegeâ, while refusing to even acknowledge the nexus with, or likewise confront, âHan privilegeâ⊠would be a recipe for failure.
Notice: once again, the hypothetical term âHan Patriarchyâ: (a) does not imply that every -or- even most, peeps of Han ancestry are better off under this hierarchy, (b) does not imply that every -or- even most, males are better off under this hierarchy, (c) does not imply that all -or- any particular, peep of Han ancestry are to âblameâ for this hierarchy, (d) does not imply that all -or- any particular, males are to âblameâ for this hierarchy. It also doesnât claim that (e) that members of the minority at the top of the hierarchy are all peeps of Han ancestry, or (f) deny that members of the minority at the top of the hierarchy are often going to be a near 50-50 split between males and females.
So, to wrap up & back to the context of the US⊠both âwhite privilegeâ and âmale privilegeâ are entrenched. Neither can be successfully confronted in isolation of the other (or in isolation of several other issues).
So⊠back to the same kinda question I posed earlierâŠ
Do you understand why this entire nexus needs to be identified to be successfully confronted?
