I would assume they also have a 1 account per household rule in their ts and Cs so you could try to argue that your wife was just playing with you on your account as she wasn’t allowed to open her own one.
Probably not a qood idea that, not least that he has already stated to the company that he was using his wifes card to play on his own account and they will have this down a matter of record. As soon as he starts lying or trying to bluff he will weaken any case he might raise through other avenues.
1I’m guessing that you lost, that’s one of the problems of a limited budget, you don’t have recovery options. How many times has the bandit come back from the brink only because of his financial resources. Bottom line, if you can afford to risk big and continue to increase your stake, many times that big hit will appear from nowhere and save your bacon. It also means that you have the “balls of Steel” to go for the top in slots like Reel King as have fallback funding.
For the average punter like us however it can just be a hundred pounds down the tubes and asta la vista baby, you can’t afford to go back.
The Bandits video’s are wildly entertaining and keep us all amused for hours, but they are not really a true reflection of the average gambler, but then again most people don’t want to see 20p spins and £50 big wins.
As the Bandit always says, write your money off as soon as you deposit it.

Firstly it doesn’t sound like you have joint bank account, theoretically you therefore have no rights to agree expenditure with the card, not least on gambling sites, regardless of any verbal agreement. Secondly it is fine for your Mrs to say she gave you authority to use the card now that you have won big, but conversely if you had lost £6800 she could quite rightly go to the casino and claim you used her card fraudulently.
As for “who reads the terms and conditions”, well that’s what they are there for. I would also suggest that that argument that you should threaten them with publicity is hardly likely to work – this is not newsworthy stuff “Man uses his partners card to gamble, breaches terms, and doesn’t get paid out is not going to knock the indonesian Tsunami off the front pages.
