I’ll assume that the “and the other guy” is referencing me? This is a bit of a bizarre post.

I believe we do respect Just Basics opinion, the issue is, he doesn’t respect anyone else’s. I (and others) have only ever tried to aid these debates with our own observations, facts, evidence. However time and time again whenever we do this, he kicks off as if we’ve just spat on him. I mean, take a look at this thread – it’s titled “DEFENDING CASINO’S WTF?”. So basically we post a few comments around why we believe casino’s aren’t as corrupt as they’re being made out to be (which could arguably be considered slander), and suddenly there’s mass hysteria.

People these days are so easily offended, you are absolutely right.

It’s a good question! I think I have a couple of games on Videoslots where I’m around 45% RTP over ~3000 spins, so that’s pretty bad. I think after around 10k spins and above you should reasonably expect the RTP to level out closer to the theoretical RTP, but of course they’re set up over significantly more spins than that. On average luck I feel that’s a fair assumption!

It often only takes one monster win to bring it closer in-line!

It’s just x2, no matter how many x2 combinations that you have. Unlike other games, it’s not an incremental increase on multiplier.

Although it feels unlucky, it’s important to remember that the visuals (e.g. a near miss) play no representation in how the spin played out. The spin decided you were going to win £x and therefore showed you that outcome – the near miss is just there by coincidence and/or to tilt the player, but it certainly doesn’t mean that you were “close” to winning a jackpot.
