This is something we’ve all done unfortunately! The casinos are right not to refund the money, otherwise other players could take advantage of that and make risk free high stake bets. As @Srx23 says, if you’d have won big, you wouldn’t be giving it back to the casino.

Isn’t it awkward when people share their utterly bizarre views on the world, but then later pass it off as a troll to save further embarrassment.

    Haha right you are!

Turns out I made almost exactly the same response over a year ago! ?

    Happy Holidays

Yeasssss! Lower end of the hot mode scale but still a great win.

Never managed one myself, I’ve read it’s actually harder to land than a wildline in DoA!

No slots online are random. As theres parameters put in by a programmer. For instance take poker I could play 1000 hands with my friends and not get a royal flush. But online if a royal flush is one in every 1000 hands then you will get one. It’s impossible to make any computer program random. Sorry to burst your bubbles.

This honestly couldn’t be more wrong. ?‍♂️

It does mate, thanks. Total sense and I know you are right. So why can’t I teach my brain that? ?

A lot of people struggle with this concept bud don’t worry, it’s probably something to do with how old slots used to work. ?

Ta. Yes, sure I know it’s “random” and that I could (ho ho) stake 80p and win £20k. BUT what I am saying is the odds of that are 10 grillion to one. (would be 5 grillion to one, but it’s me so…). The fact that he had already staked £20k, based on RTP alone, must mean that the odds had come down from 10 grillion to one – not to evens, but say 9.5 grillion to one. PLUS you can’t hit the heartstopper bonus from your first go, and presumably the heartstopper has a higher RTP than the normal bonus, so perhaps all that did make it slightly more likely. Or, a fraction less nigh on impossible.

Gary, please listen to what I’m telling you – the RTP isn’t adjusted based on your previous play. Whether you’d staked zero or whether you’d staked ten billion pounds, you’d still have exactly the same odds of landing a monster hit such as this.

Heartstopper feature does have a very slightly RTP allocated to it than the regular feature, so yes it is more likely to hit a monster hit here than on the regular bonus. But that has nothing to do with previous wagers.

    Hope this makes sense.

Online slots are random bud. You could win £20k on your very first spin.

Unlike pub fruities, they do not compensate for previous play and only pay out big once full.

From the great mind that brought us this.

The world isn’t out to get you. Get a grip, and some accountability while you’re at it.

The tops are going to be down to how (often) you play it. Nothing more.

@Biohazard. I’m not so sure about that mate. If they were to reduce the 50/50 gamble and increased the base game odds, then they could still give the same percentage payout. It’s just possible that there were quite a few people aping the bandit and they saw their profitability suffer.

They couldn’t. Theoretical RTP is derived from the base and any bonus %. Win outcome gamble is a separate entity (not to be confused with a bonus gamble where the round hasn’t settled), I don’t see any way that you could include that into the listed RTP.

Having said that it could be that the bandit just had an incredible run of luck that’s now evening out.

    This.

I know people will disagree, but I can even apply my own experiences with the game in this debate – prior to the update, I never managed a top despite countless attempts. Since the update, I have managed several.

There’s no real reason for them to do this, and I’m not even sure that they legally can. It’s always been advertised as a true gamble – to manipulate that now would be incredibly deceptive.

The wins that you get to gamble in the first place have already gone through a 94% RTP system. To then implement some form of unfair gamble on top of that, you’d just be reducing the RTP even further.

Although I really rate Casumo for their clean, efficient site and wide range of games, they are amongst the ‘worst’ for verification.

They actually closed my account when I wouldn’t verify my wealth for the third time. It’s a shame because I enjoyed playing there.

For the record, they can’t do anything, you’ve not committed a crime. All they can do is close your account if you don’t provide the documents that they’re after.
