@Haz40 – exactly that mate! Competition is great for the customer, I really like Videoslots, but this makes me feel very uneasy. I will be looking elsewhere to play in the future, or at the very least be avoiding the providers listed in taking part in this reduced RTP system (IGT, Play n Go, Red Tiger and Pragmatic Play).
@Zoep89 – I do remember! You called this out before anyone else, great detective work really. 🙂 I remember we speculated it at the time because Play N Go are known to implement dynamic RTP dependant on what the casino wants to use.
21Honestly, anything below 95% RTP isn’t worth playing. The difference between say, 94% and 96%, may not seem like a lot, but over time it absolutely is.
I don’t think it matters as every spin is determined by RNG the moment you press spin.
Bio would probably be able to give you a more detailed answer though.
@Green2711 is spot on! The concept of how a physical pub slot works does not apply to online slots.
I always find this one a bit hard to explain coherently. Basically, you can’t see an online slot as a ‘machine’, whether that machine is communal or unique to you. There is simply just a client, which is accessible by all players to use, and the outcome of each spin is determined by the RNG at the time that spin is spun. They are random, and not compensated, so unlike pub slots, you can’t force a jackpot, or expect a payout just because it hasn’t paid out in a while. Conversely, you, or someone else, could have just won a huge win, and on the very next spin there is exactly the same odds of this happening again!
£2.5k/week is horrifically low! I’d steer clear of these guys.
Please make sure to update us once all of the funds are out of your account and into your bank! Resist the urge to gamble with that money – plenty of nice things you can buy with it, and it’ll be in your bank eventually!
@Druss81 please for the love of God work on your writing structure. This was far too hard to read and understand for such a simple post. ?
So what I pick up is, you asked for your account to be permanently closed last year, but then last month in Jan you requested it to be reopened, lost a load, and asking where you stand on getting that money back? So if you have confirmation that they have permanently closed your account last year, per problem gambling, then yes, they have absolutely breached their responsible gambling terms and you may have a chance at getting your money back.
If this is not the case, then it’s probably lost forever. I do somewhat agree with @Dune2000, you do need to take responsibility for this, when you slip up. But I do also appreciate the struggles of gambling addiction, and it’s not always easy.
Stick with Gamstop, stay strong!

You managed to register and post, so that’s a good chunk of the complexity out of the way 😉
Is there anything in particular you need help navigating with?
