I often defend the casinos, especially when legitimate terms etc. are breached, but this is such a weird one. I’m not disputing any terms at all, but at the end of the day it’s their error and a little goodwill gesture would have been nice, at the very least y’know. Worst of all to get no correspondence from them until this email, and for them to completely ignore the emails I sent to them myself. And then to find out that some players have been able to keep their £1k but not me… it’s just awful customer service. So yeah, I am gutted.

Just while it’s on topic, as I’ve seen @ligarr mention it, I’ve had more absolute balance destroyer sessions on Blueprints more than any other provider. Which is mental when you think about it, as they are mostly low volatility, but they just seem able to burn through a balance so easily, with zero hope for recovery. Weird slots man.

It probably was an error. I had it too, but they confiscated mine before I could withdraw it (didn’t see it in there until earlier today!). There are only two winners out of the entire site, so if Saunders did genuinely win it then fair play! But more likely than not he had the same error as me, but managed to withdraw it in time!

Mate, all I can say is, you are incredibly lucky and I am incredibly jealous.

I had the exact same thing happen to me, however stupidly I didn’t withdraw it straight away. Came back a couple of hours later and they had removed it from my account, stating an “error”. I’m absolutely gutted, even more so now I’ve read this! 🙁

Often difficult to estimate time on a heads up tournament as it only takes the one dual big hand for a KO! But if you want it to last 3 to 4 hours I’d probably suggest extending the level times a bit, 5 minutes will make it last a bit too short most likely!
