That’s not how online slots work. Online slots are random and not compensated. This means that, unlike pub slots, any wins or losses don’t contribute to the future payout of that slot. Each spin is independent and random.

Absolute nightmare error this is, it always does it for me on a couple of their blackjack games. Just frustrating.

Max bet is not a shifty T&C item, it’s actually one of the most standard bonus terms out there. That being said, I am sympathetic to your case @Coeles. I’ve certainly been fisted in a similar way in the past.

As long as the bonus terms are adhered to, you will get your money. The exception to this is the bullshit “fair use” policies that some casinos implement (e.g. 888Casino) which allows them to seize any funds if they deem the bonus to have been abused in some way that isn’t written down specifically in the T&Cs. Very ambiguous and disgusting that some casinos implement this.

Yeah unfortunately these sort of casinos are very twitchy when it comes to how you use your bonus funds. If you’re only depositing using a bonus and then making a profit and withdrawing, they will shut that down very quickly.

If you stick to the reputable, UK casinos, you shouldn’t face these sort of issues.

Also, I like that this topic is sprouting up the debate around randomness. It’s one of my favourite topics in life. There are very few (if, arguably, any) things that are truly random. We consider things like a dice roll to be “random”, but it’s not even close. We just assign the term random to things where our brains cannot feasibly process the variables involved.

Quantum mechanics has an interesting take on this topic if anyone is interested in reading further into it all.
