Avoid it. Ive attempted nummerous grinding on all sorts of bets. This game proberly works on a progression based jackpot or payout, and its just not there or at least not worth the time and / or funds.
It 100% does not.
Random.
1Also, for casino choice, I’d say Casumo 100%. Massive range of slots and highest RTP levels. Failing that, probably Rizk.
Videoslots (amongst others, e.g. Grosvenor) utilise reduced RTP for some providers.
Lastly, don’t take a bonus (e.g. deposit match) for the bonus hunt, as you may breach their T&Cs and they’ll seize the balance.
I did a £2,000 bonus hunt giveaway here last year. I did mainly £1 / £1.20 stakes and managed to store a huge 36 bonuses. It’s worth mentioning that I did have a big 720x win on Donuts to keep me going during the hunt, and the first half of the bonuses I managed to land a bonus very quickly.
I’d stick to £1 stake on £1000 if I were you, then you can hope for between 12 to 18 bonuses, on average, depending on the type of slots that you play.
Some providers don’t store the bonus after closing, so avoid those. I don’t have the list to hand, but you can use some of the slots which I went for on the link below for some ideas:
Good luck! 🙂
@mullecg – it’s worth asking, but it’s very unlikely that they’ll comply. I guess you do have some tiny ammunition in that the adviser in the chat indicated they couldn’t see any wrongdoing on your account, so that you then carried on spending (vast?) amounts of your own time wagering, only for the account to be closed.
Perhaps try for your original deposit back, but if they offer anything at all it’s probably just going to be some measly free spins.
I do understand his and your point of view, morally is isn’t that ethical I agree but there are some games and sidebets that casinos use that have up to a 19.43% house edge. As you know this number is incredibly high and imo is as morally unethical as making sixteen accounts to exploit a glitch to gain a advantage.
When I worked at Grosvenor casinos one of the touchbets had a glitch in the system, basically what happened was £20 notes were being processed as £50. My question to you is would you only put that one £20 in or would you take advantage and put more in? Another one (true story) a auto roulette wheel had been incorrectly made and it had 2 halfs of the same wheel. In one night 2 players made around 17k between them before the mistake was realised. The casino had no legal right to get that money back. (Casino did ask and were refused and subsequently barred) would you exploit this and make a decent wedge? And if you did would you give the money back if caught despite no legal obligation to do so?
Imho it comes down to morals and ethics. If I found a wallet or purse with money in it, I would and have found the person to give it all back. I know many people wouldn’t which I would consider thievery, but faced with these questions that I have asked I would 100% take the chance and I would not consider myself or anyone else a thief who did so.
Sorry @Dynamik23, I wasn’t questioning your morality. It’s definitely not as clear cut, ethically, as some other examples that people have posted here over the years.
Also, I do agree with the whole side bet house edge situation, I love side bets for the volatility, but the sheer amount of edge on them is disgraceful most of the time. And they don’t make that easy to view either.
In all of your examples, I would make the party in question aware of the situation so that they could rectify it. I’ve played a lot of blackjack in casinos over the years, and the amount of times that the dealers have overpaid me is crazy. But I always make them aware of it and give them the money back, as it’s the right thing to do and so they don’t get penalised as a result.
Well the casino’s have for ages an advantage on players. Why not turn it around (when you can).
Well yeah… they’re a business, not a charity.
They used SIXTEEN accounts to abuse a glitch and you don’t see that as stealing? There is a world of difference between an advantage player and a thief.
an edge is not knowingly exploiting a software glitch for profit across multiple accounts on sites where your allowed one
I agree with @Run187 here. I think if it was just the one account, something that happened one time as a nice surprise, I’d be saying fair play, enjoy the money. But to create 16 accounts to take advantage of this issue, which could have cost the business a significant amount of money, is incredibly exploitative behaviour.
For the record, advantage plays such as card counting, I’m in full support of. It’s something I used to do myself, but as was said above, there is a distinction between these two acts.
Hey @LilPope, thanks for sharing.
First of all, I’m sorry that you’ve gone through this. I think most people here can appreciate and empathise with you. Whether the loss was down to tilt, greed, addiction, it’s certainly a situation that we’ve likely all been in at some point, so you’re absolutely not alone.
If you want to avoid this happening again, because it will happen again if you continue to gamble, then join Gamstop if you’re in the UK. Feel free to join Gamban as well, but Gamstop is by far the best system for blocking yourself, and it’s very easy to sign up.
Regarding your partner, I’d echo the post above. Explain to them everything, be completely open and honest with them, and explain what measures you’ve put in place so they have confidence it won’t ever happen again. Trust is so important, and it’s such a fragile thing. Manage this the right way.
Financially, once you’re Gamstopped (if), then perhaps try and get some credit to pay your priority bills. If you’re credit rating won’t allow this, then try and approach your or your partner’s families to try and get some short term support. Do you have any savings? This could be a good time to use them.
No one on here, most likely anyway, is a financial advisor, so I should probably suggest you try and obtain professional advice. Stepchange may be a good start and they can set you up on a repayment plan with your creditors if needed, or work through a more appropriate solution with you.
It’s absolutely not game over, and you’ll get passed all of this. Just make sure you learn from the experience. 🙂
2Haven’t watched the video yet, but if it’s in the Midlands area (Resorts World, Birmingham is a pretty nice casino…), count me in!
Glad to hear that Gamstop has worked for you.
I’ve been on Gamstop for two months now, and knowing that I’m not able to gamble actually removes the urge in my mind. Having the option there makes it all the much too tempting to have a dabble, but once you remove that, it really does help.
I love gambling, but I miss it a lot less than I thought I would. I’m only on it for a year, just to have a cool off, but I may well extend it if I’m not feeling it!
I’d recommend Gamstop to anyone. So easy to sign up, too.
Someone here even accused me of being the Bandit once, posting on his own forum under a fake account.
Hi Bandit
1Hey,
I had 8 Bonuses in Pink ElePants 2 today, only 20p stake as I hadn’t played it before. 1 paid £0!!
Highest was £16, £8 and the others less than £3.
Is that just shitty luck or does the stake affect the ‘X’ number. I thought it didn’t ?
Is that just the way the cookie crumbles and the X number is completly random ?
?
80x on Pink Elephants is good, believe me. I have over 20,000 spins recorded on Pink Elephants, and only once has it gone a bit mental on me and given me ~400-500x. All other bonuses have been absolutely terrible.
Stake has no impact on the multiplier!
21Tbh mate if I remember correctly (I was in absolute shock and despair remember!) the total win for all players was about £2.3 million?
Which is very surprising considering like I say £25 on 4 Rolls would be £250,000 for just 1 player. I’ve seen plenty of streamers stick £50+ on the 4 Rolls! So no big stake players were playing at the time…?!
Thanks you have helped me as 1. If I was kicked out I for sure would have played something else as I’m an impatient bugga lol. 2. IMAGINE if I’d had been playing and my bets GOT REJECTED!! Because ever so often this has happened to me in the past and always hit 1 or 2 and I’m like “oh nice saved some money there”… for sure a bet rejected would be even worse ever feeing!!! Especially when there is no reason for it to reject them.
Anyone know the odds on that hit? I was thinking well at least it shows the game isn’t rigged like you hear all the time in chat (motorised wheel and all that!) but now you’ve said that about the rejected bets… 7 hours with no 4 Rolls then hits that? Makes you wonder if it was building up to it!!! Because when people were chasing the 4 Rolls like me I swear the bets being made on it were HUGE
Tin foil hats at the ready!
Jimmy
Yeah I’m not about the tin foil hat job by any means, but Monopoly Live is one of the few games I have been openly critical of in the past. I think most of it operates legitimately, but certain parts are far too susceptible to almost lawful manipulation.
Getting your bet in and having it rejected there when it landed would be so much worse. I think I’d top myself.
Please no one top themselves. ?
I’m never one (as all of you know) someone who buys into conspiracy theories, however I’ve read up a lot about this particular win, and apparently they had their maintenance break and kicked all players out (which is standard). However, this was the first spin since reopening the wheel, and apparently most players had their bets rejected – some reports of anyone who bet over €6.
Chances are this is complete nonsense, and even if it was legit, doesn’t mean that it wasn’t just an unfortunate coincidence. But still, very odd.
In any case, @thatfamousjimmy – I completely understand how you’re feeling. It’s sickening, and it is a tough one to get over. But I guess as has already been said, it’s sort of irrelevant. Fact is, you weren’t playing when it hit, and as you say, you wouldn’t normally have been playing at that time anyway. Still, I empathise with you, I really do. Chin up!

I feel lucky when I gamble so I think I can try it. You know, sometimes gambling is like Russian roulette for me because I always win. However, probably it depends on the good quality of the casino since I gamble only on casinos that provide legal operations which are based on gambling licenses issued by authorized bodies and have reputable standing on the online casino market. I think csbetway.com is suited best for the offers that I’ve mentioned.
