Ideally you want to borrow this money from a close family or friend to prevent any interest charges or impact on credit score. Failing this, using an overdraft facility or cash advance on a credit card would be the next two choices. You have to compare what else is out there on the market. With Grosvenor I get 5% cashback on losses, comp points per wager and various other promotions throughout the month on top of these – however, the weekend booster and races have kept me at VS until now. The booster probably will still keep me there, but of course that could change the future also.

A few years ago, when I was a bit more mental, my bank gave me a £5k overdraft, and like a nob I decided to do 50x £100 spins on Deal or no Deal – The Bankers Riches.
