If you win 17k you need to be saying to yourself you will stop at 10k as an absolute minimum or even withdraw that before you continue, and then put a daily deposit limit on to stop yourself spunking it back
I would say Densho is very volatile. I usually play at BC game and normally 40p enhanced to 1.20. I have had several hits over £500 on the feature and it can give loads of bonuses in 50 spins but equally it has rinsed my balance several times, going hundreds of pounds without seeing one bonus. And you very rarely get wins in the base game so you are basically relying on the bonus coming in and being good!
11So pleased that last gamble paid off for you. Early Christmas present from BTG! GTFIT!
Book of Dead – Line of explorers when playing 1 line at £2 stake, £10,000.
I did gamban back in July, haven’t gambled online since 4th July. I feel like its made a difference as I haven’t had to take out any new loans and am just about making it through each month. Paid off one debt completely this month so next month will be £100 better off. From watching the videos it looks like the slots are being pretty vicious lately anyway, and with turning off the bonus buys and potentially the max stake changing then maybe more people will stop, which can only be a good thing. Anyone that is getting into trouble with gambling I would definately recommend gamban. I know you think you might be missing out on that one great session where you get a massive hit, but I have had them before and the money always ends up going back.
Brilliant win, congratulations!
Hope you can put it to good use. My advice would be to self exclude using gamban now so that you can’t put it all back in. You might not think it would be possible but it’s very easy.
I used to be the same, driving to visit a customer would be an excuse to visit every motorway service station on the road from here to there. Some of the service stations even have bookies with FOBTS, double joy!! (NOT)
I still drive a lot and somehow I just got so depressed with losing all the time I just don’t do it anymore. It takes a lot of effort and you just have to tell yourself you are not going in there, not even just to spend your loose change.
I would exclude again. I’ve been excluded since 4th July and I think it’s really helping. The temptation would be to put in £50, watch that disappear, then you will be thinking “Well I haven’t lost any money for x months, so lets just put another £50 in”.. and you know how the rest of that story goes.
31st July 2019 at 4:46 pm in reply to: The first ever NHS clinic for young people addicted to gambling #75894Same here, I’m 47. I wanted to go to the one in London when I was younger but could never afford to get there and places were very limited.
I gave up gambling on 4th July and signed up to gamban. I’m still pretty skint at the moment but things will get better I hope. Still play the lottery but even spending £20 on tickets is nothing compared to losing £100’s in a FOBT or online. I usually play one line on the lottery and then the rest on 3 or 4 number hotpicks.
TV advertising should be banned just like smoking was. Or at least restricted until after 11pm. I know they can only advertise Bingo during the day but it should be completely stopped during the day I think.
