Agree with you there lad, at least young lads sticking on there first coupon won’t have these fuckers to succumb to, I reckon half the bookies in the country will vanish after April, there’s no one in them at the best of times. Gamstop have a live chat facility Kelvin, it’s similar to the casino live chat where they can answer basic questions but anything that needs processing is dealt with by another team, not sure if it’s an automatic process at the end of your exclusion period, I remember self excluding with certain casinos online where you would need to give them a call at the end of exclusion for a brief chat.

I was expecting Reel King to be reviewed and ultimately “re-programmed” at some point, the bandit has been collecting some serious amounts of money from video slots ( good luck to him ) it’s a matter of time before these levels of withdrawal would be addressed within the confines of VS. I found a glitch on willhill’s site a few years ago, I basically sat up for a solid week playing it day and night collecting thousands in return, one day the game wasn’t there and then it returned 48 hours later glitch free.

I urge the bandit to keep playing at it and take what you can but please recognise when things ain’t working the same, tread carefully my friend!, it must be difficult returning to the normality of playing normal stakes after having such success at higher stakes.

It’s always the same with live chat, their fucking useless. Lost count the times I have had similar conversations, it always “email customer services” who usually take an age to respond. There should be someone on the blower to you within minutes looking at the level of money your gambling through them.
