For someone who really really has to do what they can to avoid the slots it helps even if I lose.

i have mentioned this on here before but PokerStars will remove the casino from your home page so you can only play poker. That way if I ever win I don’t just go straight to extra chilli and buy a bonus or 7 and lose the lot!!!

There are lots of different views on poker for gamblers, a article i read said that the tournaments aren’t addictive and that’s why the Online poker sites were inventing more and more games that didn’t involve skill and try to replicate the buzz of slots or table games.

for me I love the small buy in big field tournaments that you can play online, and the value for money you can get, you could play for hours and hours with the chance of a massive win for a tenner!!

Glad you like it, yes it will definitely need some sort of clever editing from the bandit to make it viewer friendly, and for the person who’s money it is, and you wouldn’t want the bandit to say ‘ well I will give it another 100 spins out of my money’ as he feels bad. Although if the winnings are split I suppose you would just be as excited to see who was picking what slot next!?!? And the bandit could be the final £100 quid to rescue the session. Oooh the suspense of it!!!!!!!!

What a brilliant thing to do, not only did you acknowledge the issue you then took a big leap to do something about it. Brilliant!!

My mate did the same but whenever he had felt low or wanted to gamble he would give his usual starting balance to his Mrs to save for him!!! Then after a few weeks he felt flush and couldn’t believe how much spare cash they had. It really helped him not see it as not giving something up but actually starting something new. Sometimes things like this help us gamblers as it really tough.

I love a good acca!! I have got similar selections but I never have Scottish teams in my picks, the only other game that I am staying away from this week is Cardiff Southampton. New manager and inconsistent form it’s a proper coin flip for me, although Southampton got beat last time I am sure they had 12 shots just in the 2nd half, think there might be some value on them in the next few games ??

Hi, that’s exactly what I did. My issue was extra chilli and it was getting out of control so I just self excluded from everywhere that had it. It took about 20 mins to manually do about 15 casinos, most just have a button under your account where you confirm the amount of time and then submit. Some though make you email support which seems a bit shady as it’s effort and responses were not always the quickest. I then just went with the casino that when you set weekly limits, if you want to change them there is a 24 hour window before it changes and that stops the impulse to increase it. Oh one other thing, like you I still enjoy to gamble especially on Poker which for me is no where near as addictive and it feels like I need to be organised and prepared to play so I asked the poker sites if they could just exclude me from the casino part of their site and now when I log on the casino and slot tabs are all blank which I really like. No way now I can play poker for 10 hours make a few quid and then blow it straight away with feature buys!! Cheers

I know the bandit loves magic mirror but it’s just so boring in the base, I don’t play any of the similar games like vampires and the knight one. Think there are a few others like that, although I have seen some big hits on YouTube I am just never tempted to play. Actually I feel the same about dead or alive as well, it just doesn’t float my boat
