I’m going to be very honest and say that the reality is that I am a person who likes to gamble, is addicted but not compulsive. In other words I know when to stop – I normally stop a bit later then I should and give myself some strife as a result but I do stop – in time. I can then go months and even years without a bet or a spin if circumstances dictate that it is not appropriate or possible to gamble.

For me watching streamers is often entertaining but does give me a bit of an itch – I’m not someone who says ‘I watch the Bandit and it satisfies my urge to gamble’ – that is not me.

I’ve checked and it’s a Source of Wealth request. My deposits in March were twice my verified monthly income so they want my to demonstrate where the money has come from. Obviously a lot of that is recycled from withdrawals.

I have sent in Driving Licence and payslip plus utility bill, selfie with bank card, colour picture of bank card etc as part of verification- but apparently my level of deposits now requires KYC additional verification- this list of acceptable stuff is a bit odd for example I could provide a letter from a benefactor! I don’t have the list to hand but the letter from my company seems the easiest to provide but I am wary for the reasons above stated

I am currently unable to play at Casumo. I fully verified earlier this year and they included a selfie with my bank card – I’m. It if the selfie generation and thiughtbit a bit much to be frank – but I complied. Couple of weeks ago my account is blocked as they now need KYC verification – now I’ve been through the list of acceptable things to verify and I believe the most likely one for me to provide is a letter from my employer (which I presume can be to me and not Casumo themselves, which confirms the company name, the nature of its business and how much I am paid. I’ve already sent a copy wave slip as part of the verification earlier this year! If I get my Managing Director to write a ‘To Whom It May Concern’ letter detailing the above, how do I know that Casumo won’t respond to him thanking him for the letter or requesting additional info? Nothing like a letter from an online casino to your boss to put you in a different light is there!
