Yeah, this has occurred to me – on the face of it – if you lose more than 50% of your shots at the top then it is more profitable to take the one of the top totals – surely? What am I missing? Someone will put me straight ?

Not been on VS since they peed me off a few weeks ago, so had a look this morning and can’t find anything on their sit n go’s or freerolls – only something called clash of spins.

I have played arbor videoslots for 12 months without getting verified as I never made a cash out – £4K in over that period. So new year new me – I decide I’m going to verify before I commit another penny. Veriflcation goes well – not a problem. For me it was Fruits at 16 – my Mum and Dad gave me £160 on my 16th birthday Imthat they’d been saving since I was born and I bought a suit, a shirt and a pair of shoes for about £100 total and the rest went on Sidewinder and another fruity I can’t remenber its name – what a knob. That was the end of that! Then at 18 I was at college and walked into town one day with some mates and one of them dragged us into Corals. I’d never placed a bet before so took some advice and put on a £1 win patent. The worst possible thing happened – they all won! I still remember one of the selections – Ski Captain – have gambled in some form or another ever since. Silly boy!!!

I think @argyl53 is onto something here. It’s generally only regarded as an urban myth but if you stand in front of a mirror and say ‘Banditman, Banditman, Banditman’ all kinds of shit can happen. Careful what you wish for though….

When I was learning the sales game I was taught that every rejection was a step nearer an acceptance – try to adopt that mindset – as Mr Blue Sky wakes you up each morning you are one day closer to being free of this debt that is having such a profound effect on you. As far as relationship ending stories go this really is the DB’s – I hope you can laugh about it now! Facebook – what an absolute pile of steaming dog turd – and people live their lives through it, I don’t get it, never have – the whole look what I’ve done/look where I’ve been/ look who I’m with nonsense leaves me soooooo cold – and so often these same people are just using FB to put some sort of gloss on their disappointing existences – best off out of it mate.

You’ve had some good advice on here – you need to draw the line now – get those debts sorted, perhaps by taking some of the advice given above and find something to replace this buzz. What’s get you going, gaming? Following your team away? The gym? Whatever it may be channel your (potentially) addictive personality into something positive and fun.

To me your monthly payment to Stepchange seems far too high. You should talk to them to get this renegotiated. Steochange so not charge a fee and so with interest frozen on these debts they are perhaps looking for you to be debt free too quickly and therefore too painfully. I’ve been through something similar and my repayments on a stack of debt were half that. Please talk to them. These debts get sold and resold and resold again – don’t stress on that – it’s a non issue.
