What a terrible story for you and your wife but I’ve self excluded and remember reading the t &c’s before doing so and it did say if you deposit and win we will keep both …didn’t want to rub it in that was vile cassava group . I’m with Gamstop now which stops you online …but you can still go in bookies they don’t ask questions.. Take care .angie

1I can’t say I will his vile farts tho!! And he was a chauvinist..but as a self excluded gambler I did enjoy watching.
1Go to stepchange it’s free I have /had v bad habit for years went bankrupt through gambling ,then did it again / just paid 9k through stepchange thy get all interest frozen I had 7 creditors loans,cards ,just make sure you have only a little left when you do your income and expenditure ,I’m now with Gamstop . Miss it but can now live on my retirement pension, stepchange is charity run and Barclays is sponsor.
