    The same has happened to me. I think there are 2 options:

    1. Contact then and explain you were using a vpn and can’t withdraw

    2. Use a fake passport from google image or something. Seems fraudulent.

    Thinking might have to take the hit and accept I’ve been conned. BANDIT should contact them and appeal thus because he endorsed them

    Something is defo up. I’ve been using a VPN for months and it’s been fine, and now since the new update I’ve been asked to verify my identity, but the UK isn’t on the list… I have 10k dollars in my account, no idea what to do!
