I’m not a sinker myself, but I work with a few older guys who ‘were’ hirrendhor smokers! 40+ a day one lad was on… Anyway, I’ve worked with them for over 16 years now, and I think the best method (ehich worked for 2 of the guys) is going cold turkey. Just stop, completely. Burn the fags/baccie u have, and just stop! It worked for those 2, smoke free for over 10 years now. Another lad went to a hypnotherapist and stopped with the help from her. Willpower is the key factor here, if you have that, you can do anything!
Agreed, I should’ve checked first. However, the point is I was able to join, deposit, and request a withdrawal under a self exclusion program, to which GAMSTOP is present on the Vegas Hero website. The problem exists with GAMSTOP, its simply not working effectively, therefore, leaving a GAPING window open for people who gamble irresponsibly, and risk losing everything, just so they have a “small chance” of winning big.
