Hi bandit, first things first I fucking love your videos mate, and youre by the far the most genuine slotter on Youtube. You crack me right up and I weirdly get my gambling fix through your videos…. But please don’t Sugar coat this Kwiff thing. Yes people will make a 5er but you know virtually everyone won’t stop at depositing a fiver. This is another thing that most of your followers/viewers could probably do without
I like the bandits videos but I don’t think anyone could call me a groupie as I have been critical in the past.
In this occasion I would have to disagree with you. This app will apply to a restricted section of the audience, the sports betting community – these are people who will do the dogs, footy etc whether this existed or not.
its no difference really than the casinos offering you incentives, only it’s free cash with no wagering and no bullshit excuses that you breached some terms and conditions.
Bottom line is that gamblers will gamble, and there are so many outlets out there I don’t think one more App is going to change that.
in the end it’s about self control – should I not take a morbidly obese fat friend into a cake shop where I get free cakes because he might want to eat more, thereby depriving myself?
As Bandit says it’s a business opportunity to make money, good for him. At least this business is being run by an individual with a good nature rather than an amorphous multi billion pound organisation.
As an aside It hasn’t tempted me because I don’t do sports betting and have no interest in helping football clubs – my point being a large part of the community will be like me.
long and tedious post but the bottom line is self responsibility – Bandit is not responsible for other people’s lack of self control, he is however responsible for looking after his families welfare, and this is what he is doing with his business venture.
If other people spunk all their money on Kwiff without condidering theirs or their families welfare, that’s their problem, they can’t take the easy way out by saying- it’s the bandits fault as he gave me an app and a free tenner 🙂
It is quite hard to say tbh, it depends oh how you are going to do it, how much you intend to giveaway, how much you are going to donate to charity, send to people behind the scenes etc and then you just don’t really have a crystal ball as to what is going to happen on the slots, if you go on a long run of getting battered by them then it is going to be expensive.
LOL – having watched a large number of streamers I think you can factor out behind the scenes and charity except for chaps like yourself.
As you say, you could start out with 10k and get battered for 2 weeks and your capital is gone.
Fuck it, I’ll start a pyramid scheme – who’s in 🙂
LOL at Bandit saying “oh no not this shit again” – I can imagine it.
Just want to make it clear, its not about how much he earns, or anything like that. Just interested in how a new affiliate would manage to survive without sufficient cash flow in a competitive market
An ever crowded market, if your good at marketing then there is plenty of sectors to get involved in other than the tightening gambling/streaming market.
As soon as the anti FOBT brigade are looking for the next target once the stakes are lowered… online gambling/advertising will be up there on the agenda.
That’s a very good point as soon as that comes in streamers and the likes will bump up their marketing., although the bookies are savagely bent against you, 500max win etc I do feel that online gambling is more dangerous.. Like going 40k deep in a session would never happen in a bookies and while I feel its your right to spend what you like on what you like I think some serious moderation should be put in place because while the Bandit can put that kind of cash in while gambling responsibly If I put 1% of that in it would not be responsible at all, really I think there should be some steps to go up before you can potentially lose so much like proof of income before depositing etc,
Streaming slots is excellent when it’s done right but people like nick have the bankruptcy of many on there hands because unlike Steve he plays for money
Yep, the bookies queered their own pitch by not addressing the issues, there is the potential for online to go the same way.
Not a great lover of proof of income as sending my bank statements and pay statements off to a random offshore casino wouldn’t sit well with me.
However if the casinos were linked into credit referencing agency they could perhaps consider whether someone with a poor record was perhaps over extending themselves spending £300,000 on slots in 6 months 🙂

I suspect that is inevitable. The bookies are now having to look for ways to continue the cash inflow which they will lose from the FOBT’s, which is probably less than they state but more than they want to. They will increasingly move into the online market – cue more government oversight, more media stories of problem gambling and more focus on restricting advertising to protect minors.
It would be surprising if somewhere along the line someone didn’t pick up on an advertising medium which broadcasts gambling videos without any age restrictions in place other than a small sign on the videos, moreover one which has no watershed..

or a lovely set of titsLOL – reminds me of K Blackwood. Blonde babe who would stream, swear in a sexy accent and people would send her donations to play on line. Not sure what happened to her.
Sadly I suspect that slapping my wedding tackle on the computer desk and swearing will not generate the same levels of income – even with a super powered zoom webcam
It’s a Tricky 1 tbh…
Lets just say Stevie does 2 videos a week on average, that’s 104,000 a year + some extra deposits when it doesn’t go to well say 20% of the time that’s another £20,200 on top.. Plus expenses of set up, say £5,000 a year for food etc.
Round it up to £130,000 a year without a guarantee. For Stevie to get a return on this he would need his affiliate to spend in excess of £1,500,000 @8%=£130,000 a year.
Dont quote me here though as the figures may be off, and expenses may be a lot higher as the wife loves Asda I heard.
He wins that on Reel King 🙂 Of course for start up streamer they will be using bonus funds a lot of the time, and they don’t have the expenses that Bandit has for giveaways etc. But even taking that into account I have seen streamers using bonus money go through £500 of their own money in a 20 minute video.
So the bottom line is that you must have to have a good pot to start with or you stand the risk of crashing out pretty damn quickly, and if you don’t post regularly people move on.
NickSlots would make a fucking killing if he was on TOWIE
He is on TOWIE, its just not the show you are thinking of.
Nick has a one man show called TOWIE – The Only Wanker In Ere 🙂
21Bandit did 60p to a quid spins like every other fucker a few years back, and he got thousands following him pretty sharpish.Yep, which makes sense as he is entertaining, but it must be more difficult now as the market must be getting saturated. There’s only so many punters to go round and it must be getting more difficult to attract them without a gimmick of some sort
It’s a business and i suppose like any business you’d need a cash flow. Taking running costs into the equation i would imagine you’d need a decent amount. I’m not going to guess an amount as im clearly not in the industry but i do know setting up businesses is not as easy as people think.
Thats exactly what I thought, but many of these streamers that start up don’t seem like they have the jobs which would generate a cash flow. Jimbo is a chef, that’s a pretty poorly paid occupation, and Craig is certainly not a London banker. And that’s just two that I can think of.
I know Nick saved a lot of money by cutting his acting classes before he had finished them 🙂
1Not a lot but I was down £1300 on FOBT roulette, down to my last £13.75, covered 3 numbers and was about to wal out in disgust, five minutes later I was on £1400 quid and walked out of the shop, still in disgust at myself for risking that much but at least not out of pocket.
That breaking even really felt like a win
Roll on 1 Apr – just got to stay out of them until then
Take the cash, bank it and if you feel you still need to gamble take a parachute bonus somewhere else with your profit. it’s not as if deposit bonuses are rare
1Yeah i could see that being real easy to go through hundreds and not even realise how much your upto on the bill same for ingame/app purchases so easy to just add to bill then at the end of the month wonder why the bill is through the roofAnd it’s pretty embarrassing having to explain to the wife that you spent £1500 on sex lines because you dont want her to know you have been gambling 🙂
Get a sob story ready for him, have yiu got kids? A dying relative? Even a sad dog story? Usually I find a Cat story the best, everyone loves cats ffsIf you haven’t got a cat – buy one – run it over and take photographs for the Lawyer
If you are a bit squeamish try this site http://www.deadcatsforsale.com/gamblinglosses 🙂
1My view (as a lawyer) is they can’t pursue it. They could have reversed it in your PP account if the funds were there but otherwise they are stuck.
If they now take “legal action” against you to recover the money the true position needs to be analysed which is – you placed a bet with funds you didn’t have. This world amount to a credit agreement between you and paddy power and therefore no permissible and against the law on their part.
Tbey would therefore never pursue, simply put your account back to £0 via a good will or account adjustment measure on their accounts and let it go.
Nice win pal and yes shame amount the tri cast being an afterthought!
Interestingly enough, many years ago on my one and only foray into drunken online gambling I used my card and deposited around £900, I went way down and then managed to get the balance back up, immediately had it credited to my card and never went back – so money out and money in.
a few months later I get a letter from Mecca bingo legal department threatening me with court action for the money I “owed” them.
It appears that at some time previously I had opened up an account with my email address to do the free play option and they had put my deposit to that account – they blamed a computer glitch 🙂
naturally I got a full apology from there legal department and help desk – yeah right, like that was ever going to happen:-)
But it does raise the question, how did they think I actually played their online slots if I had never deposited money
The day they allow credit on online gaming we are all screwed
