Just read the whole thread and I feel for you, not least having a family that will turn it’s back on you when you have a problem, that’s when families are supposed to be there for you.

It sucks that your partner threw you, why is it always the guy that gets thrown out of the house 🙁

But you are now on the right track – stay on it and in a year or two this will be a bad dream.   If you have to, get the number 926 tattooed on your arm so any time you get the urge in the future it will remind you of the dark times

Nah totally agree Malky, and I did apologise to Bandit for my earlier posts.   This was just me wondering at what point people would bottle out.  I would never get to £8k, in fact I doubt I would ever get to 3 figures, I would just feel so pissed if it lost.

I just feel at times there’s an unnecessary aggressiveness on this forum.    If you don’t someones posts its easy to ignore – otherwise it just generates the shit that immediately occurred on this thread.

On the plus side JB has now had his fix – lately he’s being going cold turkey like a heroin addict trapped in a bank vault all weekend 🙂

It’s not surprising, with the government increasing the tax on online gaming the casino’s either had the option to absorb the loss themselves or pass it onto the players.

No doubt the overriding view in the boardroom is that the players are addicted anyway and no matter how much you screw them there will always be punters available.   If you raise the price of heroin by £100 the addicts don’t stop using it, they just spend the same money and get a little less for their cash.

Or to use another drug analogy, your slots have just been cut and mixed with a bit of rat poison 🙂
