Seriously? Did someone force you to watch The Bandits video? Did someone force you to register to a gambling forum? There was even a prefix to the video telling you to look away if it wasn’t your cup of tea.
This is a gambling community, where gambling discussion/videos take place. Regardless of the stakes, if you don’t like it then don’t watch/read it. Registering to a gambling forum and then asking for your account to be deleted because you didn’t like something you saw it’s utter nonsense. Just forget the URL and never visit here again.
You’re all fully entitled to your opinions and I’m not knocking anybody with mine, just stating the blatant stupidity of people.
The Bandit has always said he plays within his means, what his does within his means isn’t really anybodies business. If he chose to spend £41,000 on hookers and drugs, who are you or anyone to judge or complain about what he does. Again, if it’s something you don’t like or feel it’s in bad taste then cease and desist. It’s not rocket science.
Alot of the people complaining are relatively new members/low level posters and were only brought to this site by the lure of free money.
Nobody tells you how to live your lives, please don’t tell others how to live theirs.
Peace and carrots.
In my opinion, and note that I am famous for repetition :-), this subject is getting really old now – how many threads about this subject do we need.
Now on to the next thread 🙂
I’m not a horse racing fan, but I do have a question. Those things are freaking huge, so what difference does 7lb actually make to it, can the horse even feel that, and do all the jockeys have to be around about the same weight?
Although I doubt a fat jockey would get many employers anyway 🙂
Probably dumb questions
@Groundiskey. You clearly know a lot about horse racing and I need a new outlet now that roulette is gone and I don’t like football
Someone once told me to bet on the second or third favourite e/w as the prices are better and they have a decent chance
so the question is, is there such a thing as an E/W treble, what does it cost and does that strategy rank right up there with a bet on Hitler winning the Second World War or is it feasible
Probably the nicest and best streamer on YouTube is Hypalinx, he doesn’t seem to care about affiliation, pushing his videos orknocking other streamers, he just wants to gamble.
Its a bit like watching a train wreck though, he clearly has a huge problem and can’t control himself, so many times I have seen him blow a couple of grand after putting in £300 to build a balance.
Honest as the day is long though, details his losses £32k last year, which really brings home to you why streamers need affiliation to keep going, as he is not a regular streamer and I am guessing this must be quite average?
1Seriously guys, this is supposed to be a forum for debate.
The guy voices an honest opinion and is ridiculed and told to just fuck off. There will be those who relate to his view and those who don’t but if you don’t at least respect his right to voice his opinion.
1Now your back to winning ways and the internet is up and running will you be running another knock out tournament? Think they are great format and as member of Gamstop the only giveaways I can currently enter. The choice of bonus buy slots has increased 10 fold so many more options for you play around with.
Cheers
And can I have some free lottery tickets as I don’t want to contribute to the national lottery 🙂
I feel I got totally robbed by SpinUp casino so I know your pain.
I won £7K and when I tried to withdraw they only paid me 10x my deposit, which was £50.
When I went through the terms and conditions it does say max payout is 10x deposit but it still made me sick to my stomach.
I feel that is such a scummy way to operate but hope you manage to get yours sorted mate.
In all fairness, while I feel for you, this is a common problem. The terms and conditions are endless and people just gloss over them because they are in rush to start playing the slots. If you had actually read the terms and conditions you wouldn’t have felt the same way as its a result you would have expected – in fact I doubt you would have even played.
Thats why the conditions are always long, boring and in small print 🙂
In jump racing highest is usually 11st 12lb with lowest 10st. It’s complicated as i believe there is alot of race fixing of horses losing on purpose to reduce the weight in the next race they are in.LOL – Might as well stick to my lucky names then when I go back in to the bookies after 1 Apr 🙂
Its meant to be 1lb equals one length.so is there a minimum, i mean, if you gave the jockey a bag of sugar to carry would that really make 2 lengths difference 🙂
I did pick up a racing paper once but it might as well have been written in Egyptian, so if I want to do one I just pick a name I like – the bookmakers dream client
wish I could get nicks luck when I raise up tho and bag a bonus within 10 spins lol the lucky devilYou can – you just have to work for the Casino like Nick 🙂
1Yeah bud cheers for that.
Gamban seems a bit flakey tbh, one problem I found is the VPN was stopping other apps working properly such as northern rail, sky sports etc.
will take a look at Gamstop… ultimately tho it’s about controlling yourself better… a few week with nothing at all always clears my head from how a lack of control affects you… if you know what I mean
Big up to this guy – it’s so nice to see someone taking responsibility for their actions instead of blaming the casino, the software providers or anyone else.
Been there, done that many years ago, there is nothing like walking to work every day in the rain and eating beans because you have stupidly done your bollocks in on the machines and can’t afford to put petrol in your car, to clear your mind.
I’m not a really a horse racing fan, lets face it its probably more fixed that people think the slots are, ut I do have a question. Those things are freaking huge, so what difference does 7lb actually make to it, can the horse even feel that, and do all the jockeys have to be around about the same weight?
Although I doubt a fat jockey would get many employers anyway 🙂
Probably dumb questions
I assume the play within their means. As for Nick he is part of a multi million business (not trying to defend). What I find strange is the streamers that started out saying the play at 1£ stake because people can relate to that and 1 year later they play 5-40£ spins regulary and even 100£ spins on BOD (yes some sites allows that).
The “you used to play 60p” is often thrown at me. Here are my own reasons. When i started, there was Nick, Kim, Paul and David (Slot win) that was pretty much it, the norm was 60p, i had very little experience on online slots outside of Raging Rhino and Bruce Lee, both of which i used to regularly play on way higher stakes up to as much as £9 odd on Bruce. I spent the first few months of my channel learning games, learning what to expect, what to chase, what not to chase, even doing this at 60p stake left me in a £24k down hole! I raised the stake one day, all the way up to £1.80 and bang, i had a £3,700+ win on Game of Thrones. That led me to place my norm at £1.50 – £2 and tbh to this day, my norm stake is still around £2/3
I’ll try to articulate why I enjoy the videos at £2 stakes and not the ones at £30, £40 stakes. Although £2 is a little bit higher than I typically played at (unless I’d had a good day and got my balance up to around a grand), it’s very relatable to watch. I can feel the same excitement when you hit a Captain Venture bonus on that stake as I did when I was playing. It gives me the same rushes, the same fulfilment of sensation as I’d get from playing myself. I can empathize and picture it being me celebrating a 500x feature win, or being annoyed that the gamble lost or whatever.
When the balance is £70k and it’s £40 a spin, or a £2k feature buy, for me it’s like I might as well be watching a video of someone on free play using pretend money. The bets don’t even matter at that kind of balance. There’s no feeling of jeopardy or consequence, no thrill of success. It’s like playing poker with matchsticks, I don’t care if I lose matchsticks, I’ll make completely different bets, calls and bluffs than I would if it was real money at stake.
So the entertainment for me in watching a streamer is at a particular stake range I feel I can relate to. If it’s outside that, i might as well just load up High Voltage on demo mode and bash it at £20 a spin….matchsticks.
I wish I could articulate it that well
Reminds me of a oceans 11 quote – Cause the house always wins. Play long enough, you never change the stakes. The house takes you. Unless, when that perfect hand comes along, you bet big, then you take the house.
However yes other streamers follow each other. Its alot easier when its bonus funds every time they deposit with max cashouts for them and losses per month covered up to a certain amount as long as they dont bet more than 5 Euros a spin. Makes you think huh
Bonus funds, maximum cashouts and losses covered ????
Well that certainly explains to
me how streamers can afford their losses, their not actually losing a lot of the time.
which makes the bull crap some of them come out with about just being regular slot players a bit laughable.
Got to give them kudos for initiative however
At the end of the day these streamers are there to make money. It’s business pure and simple. They will find the best scenario which makes them the most money. There will always be people who disagree with the way they operate but if that is their sole source of income they are going to milk it best they can.
And of course as the Bandit, I think, said, they are desperate to stay relevant.
There is obviously a hell of a lot of money to be made. Jimbo is a Chef and Craig slots wears a donkey jacket to work (manual labour) and yet they both do thousands a month.
Once you get that sort of income you don’t want to lose it, and the competition appears fierce – hence wanting to show eye wateringvwins to get attention – you only have to look at how Nickslots win is spoken about, and Jimbo didn’t really start getting big until his £45k win on DOA
