Get them to admit you are at deadlock if they won’t back down so you can take to IBAS. If you are with a casino that has a UK licence they do rule in your favour on this type of thing more often than you would expect (its almost like they want to rule against casinos).

Check the t&cs on the site as many of them have t&cs which contradict each other which means they are prohibitive and open to interpretation. I once had a dispute with a big casino which had t&cs templated/ copied from another casino in the same group- they were unenforceable as they didn’t even have the correct name of the casino on them (screen shotted and saved obviously).

Always stay polite and professional in your complaints and make sure everything is in writing every step of the way. If they want to discuss with you on the phone which they may do at the latter stages of complaint make sure you record the call (and legally you have to say at the start of the call you are recording it).

Don’t just accept it- fight it. at the very worst they will want to settle on some amount with you.

I agree to go down this route. However there is no legal requirement that states you must tell someone you are recording the call so don’t.

Agreed Ben. Ive been watching going on 2 years now but my girlfriend started watching with me maybe 3-4 months ago. She doesn’t gamble but enjoys bandits personality and loves the high stakes videos as she gets nervous and excited lol. When we watched the lil devil video I told her she should join BIAM and join as she has every right like everyone else. So to ban multiple entries on the same IP you would need to know each person’s story as to why. That doesn’t include people who would have used VPNs. I think its way too hard to make it fair so like I said before I think the winner chooses a charity.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did look at an isa where they invest in shares but as I didn’t fully understand it I didn’t do it. I also looked into a site called wealthify where they invest your money in different types of investments be it shares, stocks or governments bonds. I’ll research it a little bit more and choose.

Merry Christmas to start. I agree if some wank stain has made loads of accounts and wins the money I would rather see it be put towards anything else including down the toilet. If it’s gonna be near impossible to verify then do the draw and winners choose the charity they want the money to go too. Have a good day everyone.

You can join SENSE. If you go in and ask a manager to join SENSE they will do it for you, doesn’t matter how busy they are they will do it right away (required by law). Once you are on SENSE you will be excluded from all land based casinos for 6 months minimum. After this period if you wish to enter a land based casino again you will need to have a conversation with a manager who will assess you and your gambling habits and make a decision if they feel you can come off SENSE. If they agree and allow you to play again there is a 24 hour cooling off period before you can play again incase you change your mind and want to continue for another 6 months.

Congratulations. I’ve been with my fiance  10 years on 19th December. Engaged but marriage is so expensive. Like you I want a small ceremony but my fiance wants the traditional when we eventually do.
