Tbf to the OP from what I have read I don’t think he is actually one of the read between the line beggars. I’m always sceptical about posts that seem like they are asking for a handout without actually asking for one. ( I think I may have even posted things that too others look like I want a handout) we have no idea how severe his arthritis is and I can tell you from experience with a family member that if it’s very severe there is no company that will take on someone who needs a half hour break every 5 minutes if they use hands fingers legs neck. It can be horrendous. In terms of his gambling post, I agree. It seems hypocritical but we don’t have the information about how long he saved that money or how having just that one gamble let’s him escape his reality. Maybe without that gamble his mental health would also suffer. Im not one too give the benefit of the doubt often but imo this guy gets it from me.

For sure not a tax issue. Yeah fair enough tax may have dented their profits slightly but I bet the extra revenue they make from the RTP decrease is way more than any costs coming from tax issues.

I believe that all games should be auto set at the lowest stake. Casinos have no reason to not do this. A player is going to play the stake they want irrelevant of what the stake is set at when the game loads. The reason some games load at a higher level is purely for mistakes. OP it was your fault however the casino/game provider facilitated that mistake it’s that simple. I think this is far more common than people realise. I remember a while back when Craig slots was spinning a game at £100 and was really confused where his balance was going. If a long time slot player can make a easy mistake like this imagine how many novices and first timers this happens to.

I think the issue here is the way VS told players. I lost £100 and after found out that VS had lowered RTP recently. I would have never have played if I knew that. They should ahve emailed players so players knew. Simple.

When I played slots in live casinos I used to transfer my whole bank into my playable balance as I believed that the game took that as me going to spin it all through so it would give me more wins and bonuses to keep me playing. On live roulette, i still do this and it’s complete bullshit but I won’t play a neighbour bet until the dealer has span the ball but I will only play a section bet before the dealer has span. Basically I had set a wager limit so set mine at £100 and then wagered £100 and my account was blocked and when I spoke to support they said I had to change it in my account and wait 30 days. I thought I was setting a deposit limit. Was a weird one. This happened around 1 year ago.

What i was doing was trying to point out a few things to you. RTP on a slot is based over millions of spins and worked out to be precise only after a certain amount of spins. There are people calling out sites like Pokerstars for 20 years now. Their pocket aces didn’t win over 84% of the time heads up against one opponent with a random hand. Some people had stats recorded on a poker tracker with say 1 million sets of pocket aces heads up recorded. They are judged to be unlucky and not being scammed due to a far smaller sample size than is needed for the 84.7 % win rate to even out when taking away LUCK and only replying on a “truly random outcome”. Pokerstars use a Quantum Random Number Generator with photon emitters to ensure a fair deal (totally random) This is only achievable after millions, if not billions, of deals. (Tested) Other sites like Ipoker and MPN don’t use this technology but are also accused of not being fair and totally random. The RTP is similar to the poker RNG as there is a percentage of times pocket aces will win over millions of hands; just as there is an RTP worked out on a slot machine based over millions of spins or even billions of spins. This is why an RTP for anyone that plays a slot  is not as important over 10,000 spins as it is 10,000,000. You can’t get the RTP as you are totally replying on just luck. Now considering this, why is it fair to try and risk the biggest slot provider having to leave the UK market by demanding they increase an RTP that won’t matter unless it’s over millions or billions of spins? Luck and fairness are a totally different matter when people gamble. Any player in the world is only replying on a game being fair while being unable to prove it to be fair.

I stand by what i say about white label platforms/Casinos. They are more likely to leave the UK market than you making videoslots leave it by forcing an increase in RTP they aren’t prepared to accept. I didn’t know the difference between White hat and White label a couple of days ago and after researching it i know more than i would like to admit.
Operators/platforms…. like everymatrix, softswiss, tain, progressplay, igaming cloud, softgaming, finn play and even betconstruct with an office Located in London. They aren’t as good, trusted and don’t have anywhere near as much chance of being about as long as videoslots in the UK. I struggle to find a decent Casino (White Label).
