Take a a while to find a bounced payment.

 

Imagine you take thousands of seprrate deposits per day. Then imagine you pay out hundreds of people a day. Then imagine you use 20 different payment options for this, and cards are done woth 3 different companies depending on your location.

Then work out that the banks take a random amount of time processing a refund so you have to look manually. Then on top work out that they won’t have your transaction ID to manually search as the bank will have provided a different one.

Once someone has a look for you yes it may take a few hours. But then having a person free to do that is the problem. Busy place to work in payments.

I don’t get it. This game can pay 7777x. 3 quid at that stake is (off the top of my head) 23k? And it’s from a sidebet so that’s not the main game either. If you bet 2 quid on your hand and 1 on the sidebar your winning 7k… not 1.7mil. The game was clearly flawed on playtech’s end here.

Yes I do.

We aggregate slot games. So we sell 50 providers to a casino under 1 single integration. Each provider to get their games on a casino directly takes 3 weeks of work. So imagine doing all of them 🙂 we provide it all at a bit of a mark up on the %, and obviously netent charges a 60k set up fee for their games to casinos… We charge 10k for all of them.

Back on topic…. yes we get lists from all providers. I have playngo and elk and netent in front of me as we speak.

SG never took over BTG, the slots are hosted on the NYX distribution platform that SG recently bought. The slot itself remains the same. This has been cleared up about 5000 times allready.

Must be purely coincidence that the slot went downhill as soon as SG started hosting them then…

Also SG owns NYX. They didn’t randomly move everything. The game cannot be reprogrammed by an RGS/aggregation company. We aggregate games almost identically and this is 100% not possible.

I still play this game and yes it’s tilty as fuck, but the wins are still there. Just public perception changes.
