I used to frequent a Ladbrokes and there was this dude in his mid forties in there always dressed in full on chav wear (matching cheap tracksuit, dirty fake englad cap, old lonsdale trainers etc) and he’d only ever place tiny bets on the horses and loiter around the fobts waiting for you to get a win  so he could shuffle over and suggest you cash out and buy some fake baccy off him while you have the money ? I’m sure he had a deal with the bookies as they never told him to leave

Superlou kindly offered to pay my first payment directly which at which at the time I was too prideful to accept whereas now thinking about it rather than cash and paying it I’d be forever greatful. It’s not money direct to my bank I’m after just the first payment.

Im lost I think in general, life, just everything because I’ve avoided my debt issues for so long I think. My budget to pay is based on nothing in my life going round, which I suppose after a few payments I should contact them to see if I can change that as sadly life doesn’t always go as planned. I really didn’t mean to cause a stir.

You haven’t answered any of the questions asked man and you have out right admitted your after a hand out.. I’m not impressed dude

Probably because I’ve never encountered anyone personally with any sort of gambling debt, so this is all pretty new to me, people talking about x amount of debt.

I apologise if this is genuine but yeah, I tend to believe very little I see on the internet!

Mate gambling debt exists in a big way.. as a recovering problem gambler I can tell you when your in a deep hole and can get hold of any money borrowed or otherwise to gamble and hopefully get yourself out if it you will that chance of the big hit blinds you of all future consequences as you believe the big hit will save you until it doesnt, and then you have to borrow to support yourself for the rest of the month. honestly gambling debt is real.

Yea I saw that @Haz40 but someone also offered him a laptop and he declined which seemed like the ideal solution to his problem so I can’t make sense of it, I’m not sure he’s begging but this isn’t the place for posting regular threads moaning about finances and stuff and you have every right to ask what the full story is it could well be all a bit shady
