For me it actually helps me stop gambling as much as I used to. I used to be sucked in by the bonus features and used to keep playing to get a buzz off the bonuses. Seeing them all on Bandits videos help me for some reason?
I still gamble but do so within my financial boundaries, mainly sports betting though.
