I read on one of the auto wheel websites that these types of wheel work off a RNG similar to a fobt machine. Apparently it works by the machine getting its random number from the RNG then the motor on the wheel can speed up or slow down then the air pressure jets  and sensors control the ball. I don’t know if this is true facts but I did read it on one of the manufacturer’s websites. They did also say it was used in lightning roulette. Il see if I can find the link

What I’m more concerned about is you have to go over 19k in before you get cut off. Let’s be fair theres isn’t many people who can afford to go 19k in one session. Does grosvenor have a compulsory deposit limit in place if not surely it cant be legal to just cut a player off when they are so much in. If a player decides to put limits in place then fair enough. I think it’s fine to contact the player to make sure they are ok with what they are doing but they shouldn’t just stop the play.

it is shocking like. the casino said they tried it them selves in test and said it wasn’t right when the balance was completely gone. glad I’m not the only one this happend to. got an insufficient funds message after ages but I had £287 in my bonus game pot and the game confiscated it from me. the casino tried to make out that I used the money and said it’s a graphic flaw. they offered me 10 free spins on starburst. welldone mate. must say up until this month I was doing ok getting atleast one top every time I played it my biggest £768 on a quid however this month i have played it 6 times and it’s donned one off the top 14 times in a row. absolutely fuming and frustrated. now roughly £1600 down on the game I usually start at 20p and usually end up on 60p were it usually tops but last month I was going up to a quid before it would go. now it won’t go at all for me so I think a break is in order to save my sanity lol. glad it’s still working out for you pal and best of luck.
