    Dune was a miserable fucker

Mr B was alright at first until he went full on Ed Gein

Hacko, Andy and Blacko were all really nice blokes and I do miss them. I heard Blacko invited President Trump over to his place a few weeks ago

I think JB may have taken the lead now but I’m pretty sure Mr B held that record for quite a long time! šŸ˜€ More drama on these forums than on an episode of Coronation Street.

Like the rest of the sensible folks here šŸ˜› I also have a PS4. I can try to play some Rocket League though as I believe it’s cross platform!

From what I understand its worth taking the free spins and not going for the top feature via gambling but getting it from collecting the tokens during the free spins.

I donā€™t know where to start here. All my life Iā€™ve gambled. Even since i was a kid Iā€™ve played slots and gambled on anything and everything i could. I know no different. I have never not gambled so i donā€™t know what itā€™s like not to gamble and a life without it. Even been on gamstop i would still visit arcades and play slots occasionally play fobts put bets on and you my mates account for online poker. Over 30 years of gambling. 25 days ago now i decided Iā€™d had enough. I havenā€™t placed a bet. Put even 10p in a slot. No online poker. I still maintain i will play poker in the pub on Saturday night Ā£10 buy in but as far as bookies arcades and online goes they can do one. Itā€™s been a difficult 25 days but Iā€™m determined as hell. Iā€™ve had amazing support from lots of people and now i canā€™t let them or myself down. I hope i can do this permanently i really do. I didnā€™t want to make a post like this until i was a few weeks into stopping. Sometimes Iā€™m a bit bored and Iā€™m trying to fill my time up. Iā€™m certainly not anti gambling and i wish i could gamble sensibly and in moderation but i cant. I wish i would of tried to stop years ago now. Iā€™ve no idea if i will succeed and i feel this is one of the biggest challenges in my life. Iā€™m a competitive person. I wont lose. This will not beat me. I will beat it.

massive well done haz it wouldnt of been easy to open up and share with us your journey and with that attitude i believe you will beat it pal start a thread up just for your progressĀ  to log it all im starting to question whether i need a break or stop all together myself its got the point where im getting wins after months of losses and not withdrawing it just keep playing and ive only gambled for around 8 years so to see youā€™ve Gambled all that time and still tackling it is a very inspirational I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST

If your thinking of giving it one more shot before you do actually quit mate then my advice is to play at Casumo this is what I did and its the only casino I’m up on because when I have a notable win I’ll withdraw a chunk of it ASAP and lock the withdrawal. I’m still around 2k up over there but down on a bunch of other sites (Unibet, videoslots mainly)

If you do decide to quit though I wish you the best of luck mate.

Played cash and tournaments online will 888 bet365 party poker and poker stars. When i had my head on i made quite a bit of money went through a six month spell of playing 1.10 and 2.20 tournaments winnings 2 and finishing 2nd twice. Each tournament had 2000 plus entrants but when my mind wasnā€™t right Iā€™d go big on cash or play 55 dollar tournaments or 109 dollars losing mainly on cash games. Iā€™m probably up on tournaments if Iā€™m honest but they take hours and hours which i donā€™t have. Iā€™ve always said i will still play live in the pub. Itā€™s a tenner and yes you can re buy but i see it as entertainment and itā€™s the only form of gambling Iā€™m in profit. My poison has always been slots but if i bet on horses or football i know it can tilt me to play slots so got to give that up as well.

I could have wrote this as it sums up me when playing poker. If I’m playing without tilt and I have the time I can easily run deep in many of the micro tournaments then it comes down to the last 20 players or so and I jam with a premium hand only to be called by some donkey with a ridiculous hand that he should never be calling with and somehow gets there whilst I’m out and the mouth breather gets to go on to the final table and make a decent score that’s when I go on tilt and start playing cash games for half of my bankroll trying to get a quick double up only to be 2 outed when I get put all in with KK/AA as I play a bit on the nitty side when I’m playing $100-200 stacks…Ā <span style=”font-size: 1rem;”>But that’s poker, there’s always an element of luck involved and I still love the game I just clearly don’t have the patience or mental fortitude to handle the varience swings.</span>

I’ll be a month gamble free come the 15th and it’s not been easy in the slightest; hardest addiction I’ve ever faced as its constantly on my mind even when I’m trying to distract myself by gaming or watching a movie.

They run Ā£15+Ā£10 rebuys at The Genting in Liverpool on Saturday nights that I’m tempted to start playing only problem is it starts at 7 and running deep could mean quite an expensive taxi ride home since it has to go through the mersey tunnel and obviously it’s a casino so I’d have to take steps such as only taking the cash I’ll need for the night and leave the debit cards at home. I’m still mulling it over but it would be nice to have some excitement even if its only once a month or so.

Well done on doing so well mate, we are quite similar when it comes to gambling so I know how hard it’s been for you. Hopefully this time next year we can both post about the wads we’ve managed to save up ??

I started on this journey and i had a few sessions and got myself pretty much 40k ahead and then had a session that was a 50k loss ā€“ I stopped at that point as i was willing at this stage to invest 10k of my own money to see whether i could put together another 6 figure run ā€“ had the very first session have been minus 10k, that was going to be it, of course for each cycle i play it, i tend to use the profit i have got to plus what i am happy to put in of my own, i could have kept going at the end of the most recent attempt but racking up another 6 figure loss wasnā€™t an option.

I started this particular journey playing on Ā£1.60 stake and did so for the first few sessions, as i reached Ā£10k up i started starting at Ā£4 which led to a +Ā£9k session and then a +Ā£20k session but then came the session that wouldnā€™t play ball. I was +Ā£39,973 when the loss came so have finished losing slightly over the Ā£10k i wanted to try it with but only down to not wanting to deposit an odd amount.

Through this latest attempt, it became clear that i donā€™t really have the time to play it like i used to, which was pretty much daily, so it was going to be a slower process so i am not sure when i will attempt another one, lately, the large losing sessions seem to happen a lot easier, iā€™ve no idea as to whether there has been a little tinker with the game, perhaps an RTP shift or similar or perhaps that is just me being paranoid but in previous documented and undocumented sessions i have been able to go months without a losing session, not so much anymore it seems.

I appreciate i will get ā€œoh but you were 40k up why didnā€™t you stopā€ and all that and the answer to that is simple, Iā€™m up huge on the game overall and the only reason for that is that i donā€™t stop, i keep going within my own personal responsibility limits and when they are reached i stop, donā€™t worry i wonā€™t be selling the house any time soon to fund my playing of Reel King lol

Sorry to hear that mate! I don’t think the game has changed I just feel like your good luck has come to an end in these recent weeks there was one session where your luck was massively in.. down to the last couple of quid on your session and you was down a chunk and managed to hit a few tops and managed to break even and bring the balance back to 100k that was extremely fortunate and I can’t see that happening very often. I suppose when you’ve been on such a good run for a few months that you come to expect it to pay out every time but I suppose these “small” losses (In comparison to your winnings) is a good way to make sure you don’t get carried away.

The session you just talked about was my general experience with the game…hit a few tops early on and then lost all the profit getting donked 1 from the top or not even hitting a win to gamble for hundreds of spins on later sessions.

Hoping you can go on another epic journey on this game though I suppose it’s just having the luck to build a bank roll big enough to absorb the losses so the first few sessions are VERY important to come out ahead. Best of luck Bandito!

Making rolla look like heā€™s clueless and u have all this evidence u could show him if he asked but now u canā€™t show nothing ?

Correct. If he asks me privately, i can show him. Privately. But he cannot show this elsewhere. Thats the issue I have. Happy to show Rolla but its face to face. Im not sharing documents online.

I see your point though, good to question people. But this isnt a conspiracy. This is me asking the casino directly and being told my their head of casino product.

I do believe you but sadly without evidence it’s just the word of a guy on the interwebs over another guy on the interwebs. There’s no real way around DPA and even showing Rolla could get you in trouble if anyone in the industry found out so I wouldn’t suggest it. I don’t need a bunch of evidence really..everything Rolla showed in his video and the responses from Davo was enough for me to make my mind up that the guy is hiding something and generally lost my trust. I’ve seen a bunch of his videos and he’s very entertaining but the way he dealt with a request that any other streamer could have showed within 30 seconds on stream makes me feel like he’s insulting every viewers intelligence.
