Sensible thing to do mate, no point playing if it isn’t even entertaining you anymore.

Perhaps when you come back you might consider doing 1 deposit of £100 and taking a match bonus and continue playing at the stakes your at or do 2 deposits throughout the month at £50 a pop that way you will get a decent session at the stakes you play. I tend to do what you do and do £10/£20 deposits throughout the month but most times feel unfulfilled when the session only lasts 20 minutes, it’s not about the wins for me it’s just about getting entertainment for the money and most times with those deposit amounts you don’t get much. Whatever works for you though matey.

I mainly play slots for the enjoyment of it and play poker and table games if I’m trying to make some money so stakes don’t really mean much to me I tend to stick 20p on most games although I’ll do 10p on novos as they don’t like to bonus. I’ll start with a small deposit of around £20-30 and if I can build it up to £100 then I’ll up the stakes to 50p if I manage to get it to £250 I’ll up it to £1 then walk with £150 if it’s not going well.

Aww sorry mate, didn’t hear that the Brodge has gone to Leicester, gave us pool fans a season to remember (or forget? Haha we did play cracking football that season to be fair..SAS was lethal back then). Always enjoy cheering Celtic on in the champions league but don’t watch the Scottish league, gotta be honest. Also want Rangers to do well just because Stevie G is manager and obviously would love to see him as manager of Liverpool in a few years time. ?

I’m willing to throw around £150 towards a vape since I hope it’s going to help me quit for good so I don’t mind paying for a decent one as I said I’ve had quite a few vapes and they have been rubbish and I’ve ended up chucking them due to them breaking on me. (These have costed between £20-£50)

Out of curiosity what is Heisenberg flavour? I imagine it’s some type of menthol ice mixture?

edit: big hits and loads of flavour would work for me, it’s not about the nicotine hit so much as it’s more the about the big hit for me.

I’m exactly the same. I smoke like a chimney, gamble recklessly I don’t drink all that often but when I do I end up drinking to excess, if I discover a new song or game I enjoy then I play it death. I used to smoke joints on an hourly basis 7 days a week but I’ve cut down now I’ll have a night of getting blazed about once a month now so that’s something I guess. It’s a shame that my obsessiveness never seems to happen on things that might be good for me though haha.

Some really good advice given here, glad I posted this now. I’m going to try stop after I run out and I’ll buy a pack and keep it around the house just to know it’s there and to ease my mind. I may buy a vape on payday but can anyone recommend a good vape that is durable? I actually work in a shop and we sell quite a few but if I’m honest they are mainly cheap vapes for £19.99 from Liberty flights that don’t give me enough of a draw due to them not being able to support a low resistance atomiser and we also sell Totally Wicked Arc 3&4 but I’ve paid for both of these and they do support the atomisers I prefer but they are reconditioned pieces of junk – both that I have bought have ended up falling apart including the mini tank I paid for which cost £15 (glass fell out as I unscrewed it). I don’t mind the fruity ones, Haz…I actually prefer them as I haven’t tried a tobacco oil that tastes like tobacco yet in fact I tried the lib flights and vapouriz tobacco and they taste and smelt like candy floss (perhaps my weird taste buds?). My fav flavour when I was vaping for a short time was Rainbow flavour (tastes like skittles).

I heard a lot of people being quite successful with the Alan Carr book so maybe I’ll give that a read too.

I agree and actually said something similar in the post Bandit put up earlier about the idiots having a go about his affiliation. It’s better to have a small gathering with a bunch of forum regulars that he can invite through email than to make it open and have a bunch of freeloaders showing up especially if it is his local, you never can be to careful. 🙂
