Haz – I’m not sure matey. I’m going to see what I can do to get some funds together to play but I’m not paid till 15th feb so if I can’t get any money together then I’ll just be watching, will still be a good laugh! 🙂

Not to knock The Bandit in anyway but the reason he has had continued success on Reel King is that he can martingale it to an extent, starting small and raising the stakes until he hits a top – it’s gone well so far with a few near misses but it can end up going horribly wrong if you go in deep and don’t end up hitting a top. Most people don’t have the bank roll to do this although he does seem to be luckier than most (plays the first poker home game and hits a royal flush!) so I know what you mean.

Also I agree with THEGABSTAR the type of bloke Steve is he would continue and try to give the community something back if the pot ended up running dry and I love that about him but wouldn’t want to see him do his bollocks in for us. If he didn’t have such a big heart I would be up for trying it! 😛

Two innuendos in one post, tut tut 😛 I saw it before the edit haha. I remember when a group of mates would go buy a couple of tubs at lunch time during high school and the lemon ones were always left because no one likes the lemon ones amirite? Anyways I got dared to stick as many as I could in my mouth and being forever stupid I did so without question. Obviously being the big man I didn’t spit them out instead I kept them all in there until they fully dissolved and I still remember losing all sense of taste for about a week.

You guys are bringing back so many memories haha I used to love Bruiser bars too, you can still get them but they don’t taste as good and not many places sell them nowadays. Bubbaloo strawberry and cola were the ones – can’t find them nowadays I’ve looked everywhere!

Malky – I’ve tried those Booom! Loved them as well, love anything sour really but I only tried the blue raspberry ones when I was working in Shotton the shop I was working for got a whole case in and I ended up buying them all. Zappers were one of my favourites too but I used to find you would sometimes get a rock solid one in the box that could split a mithril vest in half.

Another really popular one in my schools tuck shop was this lanky bastard and also giant strawbs (Haribo do them nowadays but they don’t taste as nice)

Oh I forgot Flying saucers, they were the bomb! Also because they was only sugar paper and a bit of sherbet you’d get value for money with a massive bag of them :D.

My mum used to help my grandad run a family owned sweet shop when she was younger as well, sadly I didn’t get that luxury haha.

Yep looks like DHV2 with the choice of bonus and everything. I was kind of hoping they would stick to using Electric 6 songs as Synthesizer by them would have made the perfect sequel with the choice of bonus being “Can’t ignore my techno” or “trip on my synthesizer”.

I agree with every word you said and would like to apologise as I did veer off topic in the post you’re talking about but I got rubbed the wrong way by some of the replies, I know that’s no excuse. I’ve been wondering for a while now is there any chance of assigning more mods to the forums? It’s growing fast day by day I see the place filling up with new members and it seems a bit unfair on Seedy to have to mod the place on his own and having a few more mods would help nip these problems in the bud. If Steve did decide to appoint a few more moderators I would put your name forward as well as Bio.

The reason I’ve stuck around on this forum for as long as I have is that it’s a fantastic place to be with loads of different personalities on here and lots of interesting chatter going on – being able to share those bigs wins and big losses with such a great bunch of people is a marvel. Not only gambling related issues though it’s nice to see people helping each other out with advice and support with day to day life problems as well as being able to come on here to vent without people judging you. The vast majority of the people on here are helpful but it’s to be expected that we will get the odd dickhead every now and then.

I’ll leave it there and just end it with saying I do truly love this community, best gambling community out there!

Mine would be Caramac (I know they are still about but I don’t see them as much anymore)

And these bad boys to annoy the fuck out of your parents and your mates although I remember there being a parrot on the wrapper when I was a kid though.
