I suggested, as I wrote it in the comments on the BIAM thread I started, that we do it 2 weeks after your KO home game. so all the home games would be a variety. after the normal game, and then the rebuy.

with regards sitting down at a table and others sitting down to play you, all you would do on another client is to ‘sit out’ so the game doesnt begin, and then tell whoever sits down that you are waiting to play a friend. then keep sitting out until your friend sits down opposite

 

Fair enough, I’ll set up the home game as planned then and wait on TheBingoKing to fill us all in with the deets of the HU.

JB, any chance you could mail stars and apologise for threatening to kidnap DNeg. Tell them you was going through a mental breakdown at the time and was diagnosed with schizophrenia and it wasn’t actually you that made the threats, tell them you have Patricia under control now :P.

I’ll be in if it’s after 15th Feb as I’m skint till then. I know JB will hate me saying this but there is an option on Stars to make a HU shoot out tournament, this would of course make it a lot easier than having to contact who your against, setting up a time and date and then finding a way on whatever client is chosen to play against each other. As far as I’m aware to do this on another client you would need to sign up to a Sit n Go heads up game and then tell your opponent to look for you whilst also hoping that some random player doesn’t join the game you’ve signed up for, unless there is another way on a different client to do this it could make it very hard.

But as your organising it, I’ll leave it down to you. So yeah, if it’s on 15th or after I’m in :).

Maybe I misread his post but to me it sounded like he had 4k left was going to leave it and kept chasing it. I’m hoping he’s going to post a come back but I’ve got a bad feeling about this one, fingers crossed it went his way!

Is that the actual number of spins or are you exaggerating? Seems crazy for it to go that long without a bonus, longest I’ve gone is probably 1000ish spins.

I’m currently waiting for the captain to pay me, it’s been a while! Playing free rolls and anything I win on free spins is going on Venture spins but he hasn’t been kind so far, hoping it will pop in soonish – I’m up to 500 spins now and no bonus, pretty standard.

Just beat the game with Claire, cracking game and definitely worth every penny my brother paid for it haha. I’m a bit gutted that I missed a lot of stuff like some safes in the police station and the special weapon case in the sewer…I assumed I would have got the codes/keys later in the game but I guess I missed them earlier on. Never mind, I’ll play through with Leon next then after that I’ll play through with Claire again and make sure I don’t miss a single thing. I’m a bit OCD when it comes to stuff like that haha.

Haha no way! Yeah, we may have actually met without knowing it then. I used to work in the Bargain Booze down the road from the train station, would occasionally go into the Ladbrokes nears Weatherspoons to feed all my wages into the machine before hitting the pub to drown my sorrows (most times, I did win occasionally!) before my train was due.

I actually have a claim to fame, some dude that used to come into the store came in one day recording for a music video he was making 😀 2:42 into the video you’ll spot me behind the till haha

It’s different to the RE2 I remember, lots of little bits added on and some of the puzzles and such are different so it feels quite fresh. Definitely worth buying, can you not download the digital copy?

Except he is also playing Reel King on sites he’s not affiliated with and winning there too. He took a massive hit to the tune of 60k at one he is affiliated with. Don’t get me wrong…theres a few streamers out there who I believe to be playing with fake money and some dodgy dealings going on but I believe Bandit and Rolla are 100% genuine.

Just rang party poker. They really don’t have a clue. Anyway they said you can only play tournaments available in the lobby. I explained about a home game which they said they didn’t do. I try to help people as much as I can but honestly can’t remember every little bit I’ve done to help people out there’s a few I can:

A few years back in Shotton around Christmas time I’d finished my shift at work and was heading to catch the last train home, turns out it had been cancelled and no replacement bus was due. Well I had to get a taxi that cost me £30 in the end while I was waiting I got talking to this young lass who was just about to leave secondary school, she’d been ice skating and was stranded as the train was cancelled, ended up giving her £50 to get a taxi home. Gave her my mobile number and took her’s and her name too and asked her to send me a message when she was home safe and sound.

Another time I was walking home from a mates house late one Saturday and stumbled upon a young lad that was well and truly pissed, could barely stand up and his mobile was dead so he couldn’t call a cab to get him home. I took him back to mine and tried to get hold of a taxi for him must have been about 23:00 well as it was a Saturday and being that time none of the local taxi ranks had anything available so I sat with him for a bit and had a chat (well as best he could, he was truly wankered) ended up getting through to one around 2:00am- he’d gone out into my garden to get some fresh air, ended up puking up in the bushes and falling asleep…took a good few minutes to wake him up and find out where he was going haha.

My ex was Polish and while her brother was visiting her over here he was telling me due to the living wage in Poland and his mum being the only one to support him that she couldn’t afford the latest console (Xbox360 at the time) and that he had the old Playstation. So when I had a decent win on the lotto hotpick’s I bought him and his best mate an xbox 360 each with the latest Fifa and sent it over to him so they could play together, really felt sorry for the lad as I’d always had the latest consoles when I was growing up…sometimes you just don’t know how lucky you are.

It’s a bit shit mate but it’s stated in the terms when you take the bonus how long it lasts, the cooling off period is designed that way to protect problem gamblers from changing their limits after a bad session and donking off their entire bank account.

I do know how you feel though as I misread the loss limit when I joined up I meant to set a weekly deposit limit of £200 and after losing a bunch deposited another £60 I hit my loss limit for the month which was £200 so then I had to change it and wait the 7 days to play with the money I’d put it, I hadn’t verified so I couldn’t take it out either. So I spent the week playing freerolls on there.

Saying that though they could reinstate your bonus as a gesture of good will but I can’t see it happening.
