Online slots generally don’t have a lower RTP for lower stake, that’s more common on FOBTs. We do know, though – this stuff isn’t a matter of opinion, in the UK it’s stringently regulated and you can read the policies and procedures laid down by the regulator yourself, it’s public domain information. All slots have to be approved by an independent test house and have their code audited to ensure they are fair and random and their outcomes correspond to their published claims in respect of things like RTP. These checks are carried out on every game. The Gambling Commission can and have come down very heavily on vendors who have been found in breach of their rules, with massive fines.

My comment was aimed at the whole gambling industry not just slots, but as you have stated above there is evidence of corruption within the slot industry and fines were handed out, imo it should of been jail sentences, and as for public domain info if you believe what’s written there then you’ll believe anything, I understand you are a numbers man and in no way am I trying to insult your intelligence you clearly understand how slots work and are made but not everything is black and white and everything can be manipulated, do you really think the government would allow such sort of info to be made public without some sort of input they would lose to much money, my example of this is the fobt fiasco and the crisis meeting they arranged regards loss of taxable money when the date was brought forward to April, does the public’s gambling losses really have that big of impact on our society, if so shame on them and the whole gambling industry.

I have found this ongoing debate both fascinating and humorous as in my opinion it all means jack shit.

i don’t give a shit about RTP or RNG I’ve played these things for over 20 years and if your playing them for anything else but entertainment value all be it a costly form of entertainment you are being foolish.

We all know that the odds are against us before we deposit and 99 times out of 100 your pants are left in tatters around your ankles and your eye is red roar.

if you believe they are rigged etc etc etc then the simple answer is DONT PLAY them, use your money on other forms of entertainment like hookers, drugs, cars, food,holidays.

Many people can’t wait till April, I went to bookies on Tuesday night to put football bet on, there’s a guy playing the fobt, he’s getting a bit vocal while playing then the inevitable punch to the machine happens as he walks past me on way out he says I’ll never learn, my reply to him was it will all be over in 3 weeks mate.
