Hi I’m having same issue with casumo.

Source of wealth proofs.

I sent in all utility,passport and my pic

And now got to do source of wealth but it’s my 1st year trading as self employed so they asked for a letter from my accountant which i got.and been 4days now and they just say theres a backlog of source of wealth people and they will deal with me asap.

If I self exclude will they pay me the 750 they owe me or will k still be in this same position?

And how do I contact casumo andy on here?
