Cheers mate. Backed him cos he was in opposite half of the draw  to mvg and Anderson playing well like you say and Wright didn’t have a clue which darts to use so thought he may go out early leaving bottom half wide open

Without saying too much I used gamban to start with. I no longer do and I’m now registered with gamstop. It’s simple to use and if you’re feeling out of control my advice is use gamstop. Good luck with which direction you decide to take

To be honest mate I still don’t understand how gambling works. I understand the fundamentals of gambling, especially the maths behind poker etc. But sometimes I know i should walk away from something but I just keep going.

So to answer your question, some of my mates have no idea about gambling but in the same breath I have no idea why I used to make some of the decisions I used to do regularly.

In your case, I would have stuck a quid in as well though

Yeah I know where your coming  from mate I’m same poker player first but them bad beats can send you crazy we’ve all had em. Saturday night pub tournament pair jacks flop jack ten 5 all in after flop against 9 queen. Turn card king lose to a straight I mean who the hell goes all in chasing a straight when I’m sat with trips you just want to go arrrrrgh ?

Ahh pub fruities…haven’t played one in years but I remember holding down Cancel would usually make the skill stop go super slow. The good old days of listening to the pound coin drop to hear whether it was filling the hoppers or going down the excess money chute to the back.

I know what you mean mate. I’m going further back early 90’s when you couldn’t even slow em down and some you could skill climb to jackpot 6 or 8 quid. Like you said the good old days
