It’s hard to express my feelings on this as I’d love nothing more to name the streamer but even asking the streamer direct today btw without mentioning the name of the casino in question has already caused grief.

yeah. I dont think going through small claims is too expensive, and doesnt the guilty party have to foot the costs of the case? Im not down with the law, so I dit really know how it works if truth be told.

I was just pointing out that it is in fact illegal to keep it, as you say though whether they actually chase you up for that amount of money is another thing

Your certainly correct in yes it’s illegal but it’s one of them where you could say if it was a shop assistant who gave you change for a twenty when you gave a tenner no doubt you’d say straight away. On the other hand if it was a bank insurance company government or casino you’d certainly think twice about giving it back. Tbh i actually don’t know what i would do. Fortunately I’ve never been in that situation with a casino. Gut feeling though I’d probably keep it.

Chip mentions giveaways in every video, and links to them. Never an issue with his videos.

Yeah your right. It can’t be cos of the stakes if you think of the stakes rolla does or mr. fake roshtein. Must be a personal crusade then. It would be nice to know why  they are removing them though.

There’s obviously a pattern why these videos are been removed and also something different on these videos than other streamers. It can’t be the language as we hear enough from other streamers so is it the mention of the prize draws ? Is it worth putting a ten or twenty minute video up without the mention of any draws and see if it gets removed.

I was thinking I can actually participate in this challenge on a Saturday. Long as i don’t rebuy in the first hour £10 entry to poker and I’d have to finish in the top 2. ?
