That is absolutely horrible reading but very valuable knowledge to have. I thought identifying checks were terrible but these SoW checks sound really invasive – asking for invoices and matching bank transactions.

Are they for all players around the world or just the U.K players? If you get one when you’re cashing out and refuse to supply them with the necessary documents would they still pay out your money?

I had to supply my bank statements just to prove I hadn’t received my pay out a couple of times and it made me feel uneasy and that was only a months worth. Having to supply everything including tax returns is just crazy. And in all honesty you can doctor any document these day and they would not know whether it is real or not. Like Jane says it just ends up hurting the honest players.

VS was my main place until the RTP dropped. I loved the selection of games, the withdrawals were great but what good is this if I am struggling to win. For me, the win is great but it’s not everything. I like to play and if it had of lasted longer I would have been satisfied. I don’t like depositing and it being over within minutes. I read the reviews too and one weekend I deposited into 3 different casinos including VS and played the same game at the same bet to see how different they actually were. There was a huge difference within 5 mins all my money was gone at one and the other two I was able to build a balance up to withdraw and to my pleasant surprise at the same speed as VS. The sad/good thing was that I had become so accustomed to losing that when I won I was shocked. Lesson learned I changed my main and now I’m back to withdrawing every week. I will probably test it again however at the moment I’m just glad to be winning again.

I’m not sure on what the actual RTP is or why it has changed. I look forward to hearing the answer when someone posts it.

I done the same thing, when using a bonus you need to use the entire amount up, you can’t leave anything behind as it will still be active and apply to any other deposits you make thereafter. Find a game that will let you change the lines to get rid of any extra balance or ask Chat and sometimes they will remove it. It’s all in that small print unfortunately.

Check the RTP on the site you play. Odds are you should have won bigger and often by now. I find most sites you first sign up to are very lucky at first to draw you in and then slowly peeter you down to average/below average wins.

I too play low stakes the majority of the time and I enjoy the rarity of some spins as well as winning big. Perhaps instead of playing everyday on low stakes, play once a week or perhaps once a month on bigger stakes, it may reset the odds for you? Sometimes I will only play free battles/encores on Videoslots and Mr Vegas to change the game play too and I won’t deposit until I win something off them.

I’ve won first on a few free battles including the cash one. I won first and from the 100 free spins I won $4.20 and then I got 5 free spins on Legacy of Egypt won $530 and 5 free spins on Reactoonz $340. They can be very lucky and worth trying out when game play becomes stagnant.

There is one game in particular that I hate though and will continue to play … Bonanza. Thousands upon thousands of spins to get a 0x bonus. It’s just that game however we’re lucky where I am to be able to buy bonuses, quick spin and auto spin. So I can’t complain.

I’ve had a few withdrawal problems with VS and they always sorted it out. I withdraw to my bank and it used to be thru Ayden now it’s Worldpay. Via Ayden I would receive the next business day but thru WorldPay it is 2-3 days later however the conversion is a lot better. I’ve only ever had problems with WorldPay and I think it was cause my withdrawals were the same amount. After 3 weeks and daily screenshots showing I had not received it in my bank they refunded back to my VS acc. Now when I withdraw I add the cents in to make it noticeably different. Wish I could use PayPal. Don’t worry they will fix it.

Update: My game was unfrozen by the game provider today and my winnings added to my balance. I think it was where my game froze? I had completed my spins but the total had not added so I think that determined the outcome. If I was mid spins I don’t think it would have been possible?

I prefer the bonus buys and on lower bets but I make sure to have enough to make many buys in case the first few do not pan out. I’ve found that this works really well with games like Mental (Lobotomy spins), San Quentin (4 bonus), Cherry Pop, X-Way Hoarders (Ratio bet buy) and Deadwood (normal spins). After I’ve built my balance with bonus buys I then raise the stake and play normally. And I understand how lucky I actually am to be able to buy them as I’ve watched the bandit patiently waiting for a bonus on Hoarders.

I absolutely agree, they’re pretty good when it comes to withdrawals so don’t worry they’ll get it sorted. I had a withdrawal issue not so long ago and it took a couple of weeks before the money was credited back to me. It too was with the payment provider and I had to provide nearly daily bank statements to prove I never received it. If you’re worried then use screenshot or the email transcript button in chat to give you peace of mind until it drops into your account. They’re a good site but fixing mistakes takes time.

Yes, I asked my bank and they said it never reached them and my last withdrawal went through fine. I wish I could do Paypal but my country is excluded. And I will go onto Casinomeister and ask for help too. Thank you, it’s much appreciated 😊

Thank you, I didn’t know that. It’s probably why I am able to buy the bonus on Extra Chilli on there. I’m still not allowed to play games banned in Australia even though I’m a kiwi.

Mostly Videoslots, yes their RTP is lower than other places but I still prefer them. Second choice is Mr Vegas which is VS sister site and I find the games that aren’t paying well on VS are more luckier on Mr V and vice versa. I do play at BetVictor too cause it’s the only place I can play Reel King / Captain Venture and Deal or No Deal Megaways, their RTP is better however the withdrawal for me is way longer.
