Well I was aware of the visa problem that day. But they were certainly able to take visa debits as I made about 4 or 5 of them!!
Tuesday is their last chance now. I’m happy to expect a couple of days delay as a result of any banking issues out of their control.
Agreed 100% they should not allow a deposit if they won’t allow a withdrawal.
It’s now 11th June and still no payout, spoke to their live chat more times than I’ve spoke to the wife.
The payout team have now launched an investigation as it says its been paid out, I actually think there’s been internal foul play and the chat were as much baffled as me.
Oh, and to prove that I wasn’t conning them I had to send latest and upto date bank statements showing my deposit to them but no money back.
Redbet truly and utterly sucks
Surprise Surprise. Nothing received today. My next banking update (NatWest) won’t be till Tuesday now, if I haven’t had it by then I’m going after them all guns blazing!!

Not sure it can be a coincidence that I’ve not had my withdrawal paid either when we are talking about 1st June requests, I had 3 chats today with their live chat, they didn’t know what was going on and the best answer I got was a lady called Ruby said she’d contact the payment team that was 1pm and heard nothing since then.
Really really disappointing customer service and the earliest I can now receive the money will be Monday 10 days after my initial win
I did like Redbet, In fact I signed up after watching 1 of the bandits videos but I’ll be closing my account once I sort out my latest withdrawal.
I’ve been waiting 7 days for it, spoke to their live chat and I was told twice it had been processed but today they’re saying there’s been a technical problem that they are unsure of.
Just a terrible customer service standard.

Just thinking if it affecting a lot of people from the same day which was last Friday it might have something the do with that visa crap breaking that’s the day steve couldn’t deposit for his video because the whole banking system broke

Further to my earlier post, their 5 days are now up and when I went to their live chat facility I the website it’s been closed
This I think is very worrying and would suggest people stay away from Redbet until they have at least a live chat facility working.
There 5th day would possibly be Monday at worst as your withdrawl is after last banking hours on the Friday meaning the processing wouldn’t start until this Monday and it’s 5 working bank days that don’t include weekends. But I would expect it normally in about 2-3 days from redbet.
As Monday is regarded as the first day, the end of the working day of Friday would be their 5 days, that’s in 11 hours based on their live chat facility, I have had 6 withdrawals from Redbet so this has been a surprise but three forums that I am on are saying the same thing and weirdly it seems that the 1st of June withdrawals are the problem

I’ve had exactly the same problem and funnyingly enough it was the same day.
Friday 1st June at 18.55pm. If spoke to live chat 3 times and Everytime they’ve said it was approved on the 2nd but could take upto 5 working days to be shown in my bank, this means tomorrow is their last day but shockingly that means 7 days for a quite small withdrawal, which is very disappointing.
