I just want to say I am very aware of the regurgitation and how THAT irritates people but compare that to the reason it is regurgitated (not the pathetic reasons) and how important it is to keep the whole issue alive and with some sort of passion.

So a genuine hat tip to all who understand that.

Tbf I understand jimbos hate for chipmunks and it’s justified, I stated he promotes this site and I’ve seen nothing bud bad reviews and people asking about withdrawals and he never has an answer, ‘it works fine for him’ well it would do and not to be arsey with you xbob but you can’t ask chip anything because he instantly thinks your taking the piss at the end of the day you can’t promote a site then when people get issues not expect to give some advice which he doesn’t do so what do you expect really, don’t get me wrong I agree with jimbo he’s a low life among low life’s is chip but does he blame people for the way he goes on difference when bandit was promoting sites I’m sure if someone had an issue he would sort it out or at least try, and chips doesn’t have the answer because he doesn’t withdraw from the site himself in my opinion and that’s an opinion so don’t jump down my neck for that neither

I have to say there is a huge difference between calling a spade a spade and calling a spade a wrench. If people were saying chip was a tosser just because they don’t like him, or his hairstyle, the way he talks or even his demeanour then maybe there is room to wish people would find better issues to talk about but when it comes to if chip is scum or not then it really does appear the guy is indeed scum.

“if bandit recommends a site, he backs up his recommendations and will if need be, speak to them on your behalf, in an effort to help solve a problem” – this is where it is alleged chip is a complete failure. So prove it.

Backinamo doesn’t speak for everyone and no one except bandit and some strange dude called dave can speak for backinamo.

BUT – can people speak the truth here ? I will maintain I like to think so. Bandit is outspoken but of course only speaks out about what he feels and knows. Part of the reason some people rate him.

“Chip is a scumbag, tosser, [insult]” sure… not good. But back that insult with fact and you have something called the truth.

I’ve seen people banned and mocked on his channel and video, with chip and his incapable sidekick enjoying the mockery, for little and nothing. Guess what… I’ve seen EXACTLY the same thing happen on Roshtein channel. The regulars are like the scribes and pharisees of the hunger games. The brain dead who think bullying is ok, more importantly : fun.

Are people bullying Chip here ? I hate bullies. But I also hate con-artists. Chip is scum. That’s not an insult, it’s the truth. I’ve seen lesser mortals headbutted into oblivion for the way they treat people. I’m never going to encourage that but I fully understand it. The sooner people like Chip are factually found out and the scum taking the profits and treating gamblers like turd are dealt with, the better.

So…. go and tell chip. No, you get silenced.
So…. talk about it here with FACTS ? Is that really allowed seedy ? Chip isn’t the only scumbag. SO let’s get it sorted once and for all.

The actual company there is due to shut down in August according to their website. I agree I think it is a PR anti gambling stunt aimed at heart strings.

I don’t tend to post here anymore, and there is a key reason for that. But I’m going to make an exception here because from everything I’ve read from Xbob over the last couple of weeks, he is exactly right. He knows what he’s talking about, and he has been very accurate and fair with his posts. Don’t like the truth? Fine. But don’t make this into a witch hunt just because you can’t handle the fact he doesn’t support your narrative.

@igc-rm – to keep this on topic. All UK regulated casinos have an obligation to know their customers. These come in the form of KYC checks and are passively enforced by the UKGC.

What do I mean by passively? KYC is a fairly fluid topic in the UK and a lot has changed over the past couple of years on this. I don’t know to what extent specific audits or quotas are made regarding these level of checks by the UKGC, but I do know that if a casino is found to not have made sufficient checks in knowing their customers, whether for vulnerability reasons or for anti money laundering, then said casino will receive a significant fine.

Casinos don’t want to do these checks, it’s off-putting for their customers, as exampled in this thread. But doing this and potentially losing custom as a result is still better for them than the alternative. Some casinos will use this to try and delay withdrawals, but this is not permitted by the UKGC and a complaint referencing this is normally enough to fast track it through.

Remember – no one is making you provide these documents. You don’t have to provide them, it just means that you’ll lose access to your account as a result. Completely your choice to make.

I am fairly happy with the truth and hope you realise while you seem to wish for me to accept the truth, you might want to realise that you agree with me, to some degree.

Because the fact is, there are lies on the table. SkyVegas : “No we don’t wish to look in your underpants as part of KYC” vs Generic Dodgy Casino : “Everyone who runs a website maybe even utilising a mass used site template and a license, must fumble your balls and have a good sniff of their fingers, resulting in the ability to have access to all of your ID”.

I have no idea what witch hunt you are on about.

But in regards to the topic, there clearly comes a point where enough is enough and enough is enough. Videoslots just put my brother through this crap a couple of weeks ago. He could deposit. Play. Lose. Win. But not withdraw. I have blatant access to the proof. They have an obligation and they can’t prevent withdrawals eh… I’m not pointing this (attitude) at you but indeed at the “industry” : BULLSHIT.

You said “completely your choice to make”. WRONG.
He was forced to provide proof of address, driving license, bank card, bank statement (didnt even use bank) and paypal

AFTER he had deposited and played. He had no idea he would have to go to those lengths and to get his money back, he HAD NO CHOICE.

I’ll happily prove my ID, that I’ve used my card and my bank account. Any more than that and they can get lost.

Bank account redacted to only show my name, address and account number and possibly a transaction to the casino.

I don’t necessarily think the casinos really want to do all these checks that are forced upon them by the UK regulators but it gives them a good excuse to slow things down and possibly snare a few reasons to not pay.

As far as I can remember, when joining Sky Vegas they run a half credit check to verify identity. Same with Paddy power and Betfair.

With all due respect and I do think you should stop abusing your part of the furniture status when dealing with lesser mortals and seedy should have had a quiet word in your ear in the very least while others are publicly warned while you seemingly get away with again breaking the rules………………… you seem to have completely missed the part where I mentioned SkyVegas who have never dna tested me.

Let’s ALL keep the thread on topic and done the arguing that throws it off. Say NO more.

When I started reading this thread, I wanted to hand your arse to you, on a plate. I see no need now.

It reminds me of all those times people say “play this, it’s good” and “don’t play that, it’s pish”. Volatility aside, they all have an RTP to rule them. Then of course is the actual quality of the game, not just the graphics but the features. Sorry but this game is only a little more complex than bullion bars. The graphics for the industry are basic. And the fact you can hit the big bonus and it pay nothing says everything about the tossers who made it. I totally agree with Bandit there – not about this slot, the bells and whistles ‘you’ve won fuckall’ big bonuses.

One of my biggest hatred moments for the gambling industry is when you have put everything into a slot and it tears you a new one. You come back, 5 sessions of the same shit for it to bonus and pay 10x. They are tossers because that’s evil.

Yea please bare in mind this was only posed as a bit of fun on the back of him finding out he was reportedly dead and people making it go viral. Although when your time comes Stevie Baby, many many many years from now, I do hope it’s because you are run over by Fat Santa for all the things you said about him in the slot.

Nice to know beyond anything, we care about life here. Unlike some places.

I think one thing missed when discussing streamers, more so the questionable ones, is that on a website such as this most people were hardened gamblers before streaming really took off. With that it was easier for us to see the bullshit and know the reality of what life online is like. Now you take a naive 18 year old who stumbles across xyz streamer and starts watching them and in turn becomes conditioned to thinking its easy to win online and £10 spins are the norm. They don’t see the obvious fakeness of a queer hat raving over £100,000,000 wins, the insincerity of a middle aged man playing the same slots over and over with zero emotion to the wins. To them thats all they know, when they dip their toes in to the online world using xyz affiliate code for a free £100 they don’t know 100x wagering is damn near impossible. They might win, they might lose a lot, they might get addicted, they might not. The point is we are in a far more advantageous position than them from the outset.

So, with this in mind, when we discuss fake streamers, their actions to line their own pockets are far more insidious than a gambling advert on TV. Granted the advert reaches a wider audience.

The thing is this topic can be done to death im afraid but until there is some sort of regulation on streamers nothing will change, they answer to no one. At least gambling adverts with be regulated by the advertising standards and the casino by the ukgc.

If it were proven, the direct correlation between genuinely fake streamers and the damage possible, then the UKGC could be urged by the public (via mps and petitions etc) to make serious amends via rules policies etc to stop it from happening.

But then, how to stop foreign frauds where our laws have no effect. Age gating happens, how is that enforced ?

What if streamers were ordered to show complete transparency to be able to ADVERTISE a casino ?

How about the fact that if you work in “x” casino or bookie, you are NOT allowed to gamble there ? Is that a company policy or the law ? I am looking for that knowledge atm. If it’s the law, then how can a person be promoting a casino as work or business and be part of the clientele.. surely they are breaking the law ? Isn’t that a massive catch 22 ?

In regards to everyone even remotely mentioning gambling, equals suffering for someone…. If you look at it like that, then you would appear to be totally right but you aren’t. Not even close. Let’s look at the extremes…

You post one big win snap on [here] every so often. Influence [x amount] people into the negative side of gambling.

Fake streamers 247 multiple streams per person, multiple videos per day per person, vast plethora of gambling marketing spreading across social media and the internet, all paid for by the industry. Influence [x amount] people into the negative side of gambling.

Look at the state of the numbers. Look at the goal of you vs them.

Cherry meets cake : Now look at the fact that this conversation/debate is allowed here. It isn’t allowed there.

Just to flip this a bit, all this attempted character assassination going on. You say about an addicted gambler taking their own life, what about if all this bullshit causes someone like say chipmonkz to take his own life. What happens then?

Then it has gone full circle and only you have trivialised or disregarded any part of it. What next, you will assume the goal is to see more hurt and suffering ? That would be entirely backwards to the very core reason these debates exist in the first place.

The question you don’t want to see :

Has “x” streamer encouraged a suicide ? – yea a horrific thought. Troll delete ban. That solves the problem.

Gambling suicide is very real and not the only problem that exists from gambling. Yea, let’s start with that and look at those who have the most to gain, to make change. To look at solutions. I am pretty sure for example that Bandit has the least effect and influence because he, unlike some, paints a true picture. So we know bandit isn’t the character in the target for assassination so why don’t you want this debate ? Surely you can only have something to gain by shutting it down.

I have great admiration for bandit and will, for different reasons but I have a serious concern about the life of “punters”, and fake influence over the masses. People like Roshtein, Chipmonk and so on, couldn’t care less about any damage. Silence everyone. Delete and ban. Bandit cares 100% about any damage. I will maintain right now that bandit hasn’t ordered you to come and fuck this up.

Ask yourself this xbob. Is this about shaming and making people look bad or enforcing that caring about damage ? Reply 100% not required.
