I keep other gambling videos to a minimum to be honest. The Bandit is always tops for me for the banter, then I watch Casino Grounds as that’s good for slot compilations. Then sometimes I’ll watch Stop & Step has he tends to play arcade games which have a lot of overlap with the Bandit, especially Blueprint games.
My least favourite videos are the ones about Las Vegas because their slots don’t seem to win over 20x!
I think that the Bandit has already covered enough like marking up his videos as 18+ and providing addiction support via Gamban which he pays for. He also put disclaimers in his videos saying “if you don’t like this bet size, then press fast forwards” etc.
Readers and viewers of gambling material need to shoulder some responsibility imo. So you’re on YouTube, right? Then you search for something that you might enjoy, like online gambling. If you come across something irrelevant and you think that the subject matter might be upsetting, then look away. Possible triggers like natural disasters (real or fiction), buildings on fire, other addiction problems, previous traumatic events, terrorist incidents and so on. If you are on YouTube, or in fact, anywhere on the internet, then you need to make informed decisions yourself.
11Reel King is probably the best slot example to explain. There is a 10-digit number at the top left just above reel 1. It’s quite small on a blue background. It changes on every press and it’s a unique identifier for that particular spin that you’re playing. Think of it is a ticket or job number. The ticket tells you if it’s a win or a loss, the amount of the win (if it’s base game), how many times it’ll “ding”, and if it dings 5 times, how many scrolls you’ll get and the amount that each scroll goes for. I’m not sure about the gamble ladder though. It could well be that the same ticket will determine how far up the ladder you can go before you get killed off.
For the Vikings example mentioned already, say that you purchased 12 spins for 100x. That in itself is a ticket. The ticket contains information about how those 12 spins will go or if you gamble it, the same ticket will have information on how the 2 dials will respond. Each successive gamble on either dial will generate a new ticket which will have information about a 13-spin round, another ticket for a 14-spin round and so on.
1There was a recent thread asking readers for their top 3 slots. A few mentioned Vikings but didn’t say whether it is the Megaways version or not. Now that we have 3 recent slots called Vikings, we’ll need to come up with a system 🙂
Congrats on the £725 win though!
White Rabbit has done it for me a few times. I’m down to my last £10 (of £50 balance) playing other slots, then I’ll do a 10p/£10 White Rabbit buy which has often put me back into the game.
Porn name to serial killers whatever next from jb.????
It could be worse I guess… My Little Pony friendship is magic or whatever it is!
Since we’re talking about fruits (AWPs as opposed to digis), I liked the music/sounds from:
Let the Good Times Roll
Never Mind the Jackpots
Super Star
Trivial Pursuits
Rocky Horror Show
Luxor
Rocket Money
Bling King Crazy / Gimme Gimme Gimme
Back to the Features
The Rat Pack
Madness / The Italian Job 2
Supernova
I’m a Celebrity get me of of here
I can’t think of any likeable AWPs released in the past 10 years though.
I thought that Orange was ok. They went downhill when they became EE. My Samsung S8+ was my first phone to be fully on an EE “contract”. I say in loose terms because they have increased it last year and again this year so I now pay £48. It’s up in a couple of months, so I’m going to ditch EE and go sim-only with Three. I’m not going entertain paying £1000+ effective for a handset again when I know that I can get a OnePlus 6T for £499. Plus, carriers are moving to 3-year contracts which will mean £1200+ / £1500+ handsets.
14th March 2019 at 10:34 pm in reply to: What are your TOP 3 SLOTS so far 2019??!!!! And why? :P #552731. White Rabbit (2017): a firm all-time favourite slot for me with the suspense of how the feature unfolds. A bad number of megaways can lead to a good finish and vice versa. Don’t get too complacent – you never know! I also like the dramatic feature music. It’s like in a video game where you’re fighting the boss stage.
2. Spinal Tap (2018): I like how the music and sounds flow into each other in the base and especially during rock mode. Financially, Spinal Tap is best for me for 2019 so far. Rock mode seems to activate more often in the base in relative terms than if I was buying it.
3. Primal Megaways (2018): this slot appeared around the time that my Grandad died so I link the 2. I find that the soft win sounds futuristic even though Primal is set in the past. Does anyone else find this? As of 2019, I haven’t had that big hit yet, but I find that I can usually bonus every time I play it within 100 spins. Features tend to go in the region of 20x to 50x.
11I’m going to be odd one out here by saying that I hate porn with a passion. Not on ethical grounds. I just find it revolting, doesn’t do anything for me.
HOWEVER, I’m very much against the establishment getting involved and tightening our lives and enjoyment that little bit extra year on year. Smoking is already taxed to the hilt, they’re cracking down on drinking and now also on porn and gambling. If consenting individuals want to engage in adult activity and have the mental capacity to do so, then it should be us that makes that decision, not the establishment. Want to go on a diet? Fine, but once again we have to make that decision, not the warnings plastered over the food packaging.
I go on torrent sites every now and then, and the search has boxes that you can tick for films, music, images, games etc, and there is usually one specifically for porn. So I’m sure there will be plenty of stuff out there if the normal routes are becoming pay-walled.
Touch wood as above post, but when they say “touch wood” and also touch a nearby table and it’s become a cliché, over-used.
I do have lucky and unlucky numbers, although they’re more like “favourite” / least favourite numbers rather than lucky. Numbers like dates that something has happened.
Thanks guys! I did write 1024x as one of them, but I must had mis-read / mis-remembered that amount so my bad.
A Reel King question – the Bandit will know the answer to this!
The ladder’s top varies depending on how much was won in the base or feature. I.e. I’ve seen the Bandit get tops of 800x, 1000x and 1024x. There are probably other amounts too. How does the game determine what multiplier the top will be? The Bandit always seem to work out what it is before the ladder appears.
The shirt – Nepoleon
Hat – Dead or Alive
jHat’s feather – the top of that Centurion guy?!
Ears – White Rabbit
Mouth – Wonkey Wabbits
Not sure on rest of his face.
