This is where Bc.Game and 500 are failing miserably. They need to start hardware and wallet blocking and this will come back to bite them. I know someone who has had at least 10 accounts on each and is taking them to an ADR. Same story as OP, pleaded for them to help him but they do absolutely nothing. I get that it’s a players responsibility mostly, but there are ways of stopping this. Gamdom and Rollbit can do it so why can’t these do it?
