How often is the leaderboard updated for the wager race? 🙂

I’ve wagered around 5K today, but can’t see myself on there and not sure if it’s changed at all.

    Hey Sezvinyard,

If you’ve had any conversation with the casino and even remotely hinted at ‘needing the money’ and displaying what could possibility be a sign of a Responsible Gaming issue, they will, and have to suspend your account in line with their UKGC responsible gaming responsibilities.

This will however not affect your withdrawal, and if your account is active or not, it will still be processed so long as you have not breached any terms and conditions.

They must ask the questions about your Dad/Carer in line with their AML obligations. This is a sign of a Third Party potentially using the account, or a classic Money Laundering tactic. Another note on having a carer is that you may be perceived as a potentially vulnerable customer, which is another thing the Responsible Gaming team will have to address.

Your account will now be under review from the AML team, and the Responsible Gaming Team. I’m afraid the review will take as long as it takes and there’s nothing you can do to speed it up, aside from provide what documentation you can as quickly as possible should they ask for anything further.

Hahaha, great bingo card @Redstarjp07 😀

Can’t forget the following ones though:

“Need to take my head for a shit.”
“You can kiss my hairy beanbag!”
    “Alright then folks!”
    “Walking past waving wanker!”
    “Balance is on life support..”
    “*Previous Video Recording Saving Ding-Dong*”
    “Fuck off Phil..”
“Generic statement about a can of Red Bull or Monster.”

It was an April fool joke. They’re not really banning over 65’s from slots.

FFS – sad part is that it is 100% believable behaviour from the UKGC at this stage.

was your bonus bets turned on?

I did have the enhanced scatter boost enabled, yes. So base stake of £0.40 and total bet of £1.20!

I also got a 5 Scatter on Le Bandit in the above win on a £0.40 base stake. Don’t get me wrong, nearly 2000x is obviously great! But, I feel like when you hit the illustrious 5 scatter, you’re expecting a max win or something close to it!

Then again, I hit another 5 scatter here on Drop’Em and second spin in, I did hit the max win of 10,000x.

As you only get silver and gold coins, plus a rainbow every spin, I’d agree that you got super unlucky with your 5 Scatter Le Bandit.
Still a nice win non the less!

I can see that Ice36 is owned by SkillOnNet Ltd which is a pretty reputable and MGA licensed casino here in Malta. I’ve had accounts with their sister casinos in the past, and had no issues.

Not sure if this is the case, but your documents are probably still processing for the payments team to process your withdrawal at the time of your post. If you’re still facing any issues, instead of Live Chat, you can reach them at [email protected] via email.

Ultimately if you can’t reach an agreement with the Casino, you always have the MGA at your disposal and can lodge a complaint here – https://www.mga.org.mt/player-hub/lodge-a-complaint/
However, please remember you will have to exhaust every option directly with the casino before the regulator will address any concerns.

Let us know how you get on!

Furthermore, I’ve just seen that this casino operates without any kind of license, at all. I’d again strongly recommend to never deposit here.

Ok, thanks so much for reply, i now that beacouse i have account in many uk casinos, anyway i See that option in Mr. Sloty casino, have a nice Day and good luck 👍👍👍

Best of luck to you too mate!

However, I’d be very wary of playing at Mr. Slotty. If you look at the reviews of the place, they have a history of an unfair rule, which restricts how much players can win based on their total deposited amount (even when playing without a bonus). If you only deposit a small amount, your potential winnings will be restricted. Also according to various other reviews, this casino refuses to assist in resolving any players’ complaints. All of our previous attempts to establish any cooperation were overlooked.

You’re gambling twice as much in terms of actually getting paid out should you hit anything decent here. But of course, your own informed decision is your own.

Further disappointing decisions made by the UKGC.

This is just going to push more and more people to unregulated and grey market casinos where they’re going to be lacking any sort of protection and responsible gambling measures at all.

The logic is totally backwards. Regulation is important, and safeguards need to be in place to protect players. However, making the experience of gambling so painful, or taking it away from people entirely is not the answer. If I was 65+ and enjoyed the occasional punt, being told that I’m too vulnerable to make my own informed decision would be an insulting slap in the face. Furthermore, I can go into a high street bookies and gamble as much as I want on a poor RTP FOBT with a maximum win cap of £500, but for some reason gambling online with a better RTP and much higher win cap, and can set up my own responsible gambling limits is an issue?

    Make it make sense.

    Hello mate,

Technically, you can’t buy any bonuses on any UKGC licensed casino that is operating in the U.K. The Gambling Commission banned them in 2019.

Without pushing you to non UK regulated sites as you may not wish to do so, you will not have the option. If this is something you are interested in, you can see in Bandit’s list of Casinos the ones he plays on. However, I would recommend doing your research before signing up and depositing if you should wish to take this route on a Curacao licensed crypto based casino.

This is common practice to see you match the photo on the document.
This could be procedure for all players, an extra measure as their risk and fraud team think something is off with the ID, or all documents are ran through software that might have flagged it as needing extra verification. Your account and/or payment details might match with another account on their system, or be similar to a GAMSTOP registered player they want to eliminate.

If you provide it, and haven’t provided any misleading details or are self excluded anywhere, or have used another persons payment method on your account, you’ll be fine and you should pass verification.
