    This was the Sunday I believe before they backed down on the Monday.

    After reading the forums and posts I replied with the money will be held in a secure holding account until such time that I am supplied with a full report from themselves and the game provider as to what went wrong.

    But then on the Monday they changed stance and said you can keep it but not gamble with us anymore
