They all do it now. Have done for a while I self excluded from a casino for a year, and has to do the phone call to be “assessed” to be allowed back on. There are so many rules and regs in place now, The casino has got to cover them self’s, or face a massive fine, Which getting you to write a letter and phone to talk to them saves them millions then so be it.
