You are some kind of retarded baboon to suggest that the op should tell their friends and family to suck it up and accept 6 plus years of shredded credit potentially ruining house purchases and remortgages just because it’s the woke thing to do.
Yeah shove it to the man, don’t pay it brother.. When your fixed term mortgage rate ends just pay and extra 4 points for 5 years. It’s free money brah
It’s either that or he kills himself. Which he already will be contemplating!!! He needs to go to citizens advice not sit on a forum full of gambling addicts.
I find it a bit strange that you assume this is a place JUST full of gambling addicts
Let’s be honest he should go get some official advice as this will help him go in the right direction. However why shouldn’t he ask his question on here is you have a drinking problem you go to AA you know to talk about it with people who are the same as yourself not only that in most cases the people running them AA classes are people who came out the other side themselves.
So in short stop being a judgemental shit towards other people.
Your a gambling forum because you gamble. You watch the videos because you enjoy watching gambling.. your a gambling addict. If you wasn’t you would be able to spend the next 5 years away from it. But you can’t. Because your addicted.. you don’t come to a gambling forum because you like cocaine .. next
You’re a piece of shit, scumbag… so I don’t think anyone cares for your opinion.
No, I just spoke the truth and you couldn’t take it so you spat your dummy out
15th February 2020 at 5:33 pm in reply to: Where can an ex-gambler borrow money when its urgent?! #91114So what is he supposed to say to his family and friends he owes money to lainey87? Sorry i can try and pay you to pay the loan you took out for me but if i did that I’d probably kill myself so I’m not going to pay you and btw citizens advised me not to pay you anyway so I’m not going to bother.
That’s what I would do yes.. the law works in the public’s favour. It’s only 6 years. Goes by fast. I would take my entire family and friends along with me to citizens advice and draw up a plan on how to solve it.. by looking at each law and understanding how law works

15th February 2020 at 5:06 pm in reply to: Where can an ex-gambler borrow money when its urgent?! #91105As for debt etc, I needed stuff done on my house, and borrowed 4k at 0% for 3 and a half years for a one of cost of £109 a couple of years back. I could pay it off now but the money is earning me interest instead.
10 years ago or so I was about 30k in debt and paid minimum on all but one of the credit cards (the one with the highest Apr) . I paid as much as I could on that one and shortly after clearing it they offered a 0% balance transfer which cleared everything other than my ridiculous 7k overdraft.
I was a fucktard and borrowed the money so I paid it back. I can’t stand people who don’t take responsibility for their debts. The reason my Apr was 30% at the time is because of lowlifes like you who game the system and claim they are intelligent for doing so while failing to enrich their lives in the process and learning fuck all about their mistakes.
They dont realise that<span style=”font-size: 1rem;”> other people pay their debt for them when they refuse to pay through higher Apr etc </span>
Either because they are stupid or because they are selfish cunts.
The end.
Sorry but That’s how the law works. I wouldn’t do it again but that’s the law
15th February 2020 at 4:49 pm in reply to: Where can an ex-gambler borrow money when its urgent?! #91093You keep going on about this aqua credit card. What’s the apr on this majestic beast I’ve never heard of?
You don’t pay apr on a credit card if you pay the balance in full each month. It’s a card designed for people like me who was in major debt to build it back up..
15th February 2020 at 3:58 pm in reply to: Where can an ex-gambler borrow money when its urgent?! #91080you win the prizeFor today
This fucker will take some beating… I’ve never seen such bad advice in my life.
Worked for me.. I’ve even posted screenshots of my credit record. 6 years of debt to now debt free. Everyone has different advice. That is why I have said he needs to go to citizens advice not on a forum full of gamblers stop getting your panties in a twist
15th February 2020 at 3:45 pm in reply to: Where can an ex-gambler borrow money when its urgent?! #91076So what should he do lainey87 ?The loans aren’t in his name. I think he should sell his house. My mate did it after been massively in debt and behind on mortgage payments. He had literally 10% equity but says it’s the best thing he ever did even now just working part time.
Same thing as if the loans were in his name.. nobody pays. Set a savings pot up and if someone does come for the money decide if you want to pay them out the savings pot.. it’s much easier than you think.. I was in a right mess. I nearly killed myself.. 6 years on I’m pretty much debt free
You’re a stupid cunt. An astoundingly stupid fucking Cunt.
That’s why your in debt and I’m not
I don’t have a single penny of debt you fucking clown, I actually pay what I owe.
Wow your angry today? Maybe u need to lay off gambling for a while or release some tension with your wife ?
15th February 2020 at 3:42 pm in reply to: Where can an ex-gambler borrow money when its urgent?! #91074@lainey87 I don’t think you realise just how bad the advice is that you’re giving.
Like, astonishingly awful.
Same advice citizens advice would give you. None priority debts come last…

15th February 2020 at 3:37 pm in reply to: Where can an ex-gambler borrow money when its urgent?! #91070The gambling issue for me has never gone anyway. I won 7k before all this debt. And that’s what started it for me. The huge win.. I even won 2.7k a few weeks back and reversed the withdraw. But one thing I’m not is I’m not in debt anymore.. it’s dumb to mess around with credit like that. I have learned that lesson. Just can’t shake the gambling issue. Been lurking on here for ages like most people. But anyway it’s just my advice. And my advice is he goes to citizens advice and gets real advice. Not a forum
