You are not in a terrible situation,atleast you have minimal debt,get signed up to gamban,i was in a bad situation from gambling years ago,over 40k on credit cards/bank loans,ended up basically costing me my whole wages for 3 years to cover these things,i cancelled credit cards  and would not have one again for gambling…maybe talk to your partner and explain your problem and that you have registered with gamban if you need some help with your money for real life outgoing if your account is now empty,hope you get it sorted.

I take it you redeposited as they are not aliud to take money from your bank account without permission,why did you redeposit,should have just left your account in debt.
