Thats great even speaking online is much better than blocking everyone out alot of people retreat into a shell and not want to talk or interact with anyone. Sorry to be nosey dont have to answer but do you still go out and socialise? i only ask as when my friend was having troubles he used to hide away in his flat all the time and make alot of excuses and always have a reason for just sitting in and not going out.
