I can personally vouch that you aren’t the only one, nor will you be the last! that is a fact!

Much like yourself i went from fruitys to online casinos and found myself in some trouble, managed to work my way out of it and regain control. Because the slots can be sooooo volatile, i set myself a weekly deposit limit (as much as i can afford to lose for entertainment / enjoyment) and if i wax it all in one day then so be it, if i get good play for the money and profit then brilliant, but at least i know i can and will only ever lose a set amount.

When i am in profit i play at higher stakes chasing the big wins, and have a few big hits historically. Recently by complete chance managed to hit a £52,300ish feature on book of magic and had an overwhelming sense of finally achieving a monster hit! this was around 3 and a half weeks ago and it has completely eradicated my need and want to gamble, so much so that i have not even been close to reactivating my account and plan on keeping it that way! I am undoubtedly still ‘down’ with all historic gambling considered.

if its solely a big win you are after it will be a long and costly road, and the best outcome will either be recouping some of what you have lost getting there, or getting nothing at all and being even worse off.

My advise would be to play for fun and not for financial reliability, and if you want to go for the huge hits on silly stakes, do it with their money when you are in profit and that will relieve the feeling of waxing a load of your own cash!! If you are accepting you can lose £50, £100 or whatever the value is per week and you lose that, then it doesn’t really matter what happens in between!

yea i just don’t see why they can’t pay it and be done with it, if they have happily let me deposit and play for however long with no issues it shouldn’t now become one when i have won!

i cant even withdraw any of the funds, despite being within the 30k limit per month as per their terms, not even £500 of it! Absolute joke really and will be lesson learnt when it comes to VS. Great site and selection of games, customer service utter bollocks.

A friend of mine failed security checks after sending them everything they asked for multiple times,eventually they basically told him,you failed security we are keeping your deposit+winnings(was not loads £400 deposit and £500 winning(sign up bonus winings),they said if you have a problem with it contact IBAS,they were rude and very unhelpfull,anyway he went to IBASwho sided with him that VS were cunts and they paid him the full £900…but this took him 10months to get.

Holy shit that is not good! I am fully verified though and only ever deposited and withdrawn on one card which is well in date etc so hopefully no issues on that side of things ??

Pictures are below of the outcome, 1 x £20 spin, 8 x re triggers, 4 x explorers for £20k being the biggest single hit, final win an astonishing £54,350……2717x!!!!

I always imagined these silly wins you see were fabricated somehow, as they don’t happen to everyday people, always seems to be streamers or casino promoters etc which is just dubious in my eyes (rightly or wrongly, just my opinion). I can now vouch for the doubters and as you can see by the RTP screenshot showing one spin this is 100% legit and happened!

I Immediately put a play block on my account and plan on keeping this in place for the remainder of the year, as this sort of win is life changing for me and there isn’t an ounce of me that wants to even give a penny back to any sort of casino.

I am fully aware this is an insane touch of luck that will never ever happen again so will embrace it, spend the cash wisely, and have a bloody good 2019!

nice result mate. yeah in answer to your question I had a big withdrawl from VS last year not quite as big as the monthly limit but around 8k and there was a bit of stalling asking for documentation verification etc. but it all went through within about 2days good moveputing a block on your account. I tried to do this on a win on a different site but couldn’t find the option, would be interested to know where exactly the option is on VS, although I could guess and look it would be good to know now for the old memory banks, cheers . well done on the win and enjoy the money

Yea I’m fully verified and have even had to Complete a proof of wealth declaration too after playing on larger stakes for a while! I’ve screenshotted it all as proof should they make a u-turn and claim I’m not verified

If you go on live chat and ask for a play block until the funds are withdrawn they will do it straight away ? If only withdrawals were as speedy hey ?

Ahh I see that makes sense, kind of. But if they let you play and withdraw smaller amounts why create this issue when it’s a larger amount?

Just seems very suspect to me that when I’ve had to request a manual payout in the past its been done the same day or very latest the following working day. Part of me is thinking they are going through the terms with a fine tooth comb to try and find a way out of paying it. Luckily i have the last few spins on video including the bonus ending, so it can be seen its not an incorrect result.

There is a wealth of bad press on VS online, so that’s not done much for the anxiety levels i can tell you that much haha

They can not worm out of it,as long as your account and deposited with your own card you will be fine….they cant even try and worm out of it by saying bonus abuse as you had no active bonus?,only problem will be the max monthly cashout?..just keep your restriction on and cash out max this month and next month..well done.

Yep that’s all correct I had no bonus active, and they just keep saying security checks. I’ve read stories of people having the funds confiscated though which bothers me, hopefully I’ll hear something today ??

Videoslots being a nightmare though, saying i have to be security checked again ‘randomly’ although its odd its only once i have won a large amount. I am now very worried they will confiscate the winnings through no wrong doing at which point i do not know what i will do, such an extreme high followed by an immediate low with the worry! they literally do not have to have a reason to confiscate your winnings, it just needs to be their opinion which is wrong. i can prove where the money came from for my deposits, and i am fully verified including their source of wealth decleration too!
