    They’ll normally call every month to discuss play. If i’m up overall then I won’t get anything other than a bonus for gambling over the weekend. If i have a terrible result on a game paying well below RTP they’ll normally make up the difference. I normally spend £500 a week and got £1k pay back in August for poor slot performance.

    Worst in a day prob £1500, but i’m on a decent year at the moment £5k up from April. Though I did hit 9k on a Hot Shot Slot Jackpot ! Thankfully !
