How about treating her to a pamper day in a salon? Maybe hey her hair and nails done? If she likes that kind of thing. Or maybe something like a Pandora bracelet so you can add charms over other birthdays etc.
I know what you mean about the staff in Coral Island, they always ask me for ID when I go in even though I’m 30!! They are all miserable. I’m from Blackpool sounds like you had an epic time!
